The invention relates to the food industry, namely to a balsam with immunostimulating and detoxifying effect.The balsam, according to the invention, contains for 1000 ml of finished product, infusion obtained by infusing vegetable raw material in hydroalcoholic solution, the components being taken in the following ratio, in g: licorice root 3.5…4.5, sweet flag calamus rhizome 0.10…0.16, aboveground part of St. John's wort 0.60…0.70, aboveground part of common marjoram 0.49…0.55, peppermint leaves 0.78…0.84, aboveground part of milfoil 0.70…0.80, pine buds 0.8…1.2, aboveground part of immortelle 1.5…2.5, aboveground part of decorative mint 1.5…2.5, aboveground part of sage 1.5…2.5, at the same time the balsam further contains dessert red wine of a strength of 16% vol. 300…400 ml, ethyl alcohol 96% vol. 285…289 ml, caramel 8.5…11.5 g, citric acid 0.07…0.11 g, vanillin 0.21…0.29 g and purified water, the rest.
