Abstract

The invention relates to the food industry, namely to a food additive on base of quail eggs that can be used in the production of foodstuffs and for direct consumption.The food additive, according to the invention, contains quail egg powder with a humidity of 5...7% and dry fruit and/or vegetable powder in the following ratio, mass %:at the same time the food additive is produced in the form of powder, briquete and/or tablet and is packaged in containers and/or edible capsules.
