Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, а именно к способу консервирования штамма Pseudomonas aurantiaca с антифунгальной активностью.Способ, согласно изобретению, предусматривает культивирование Pseudomonas aurantiaca CNMN-PsB-08 на питательной среде в течение 48 часов при температуре 28…30°C, ресуспендирование в среде, состоящей из обезжиренного молока и 12% сахарозы с титром 10-8…10-9, быстрое замораживание при температуре -20°C, лиофилизацию и хранение при температуре + 4°C.Результат состоит в повышении антифунгальной активности штамма после хранения.
