Abstract
La présente demande se rapporte au domaine des matériaux d'électrode positive et concerne un matériau d'électrode positive composite ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation associé, et une batterie au lithium-ion. Le matériau d'électrode positive composite comprend : un matériau actif, le matériau actif présentant une formule générale chimique de Li<sub>a</sub>(Ni<sub>x</sub>Co<sub>y</sub>R<sub>z</sub>)<sub>1-b</sub>M<sub>b</sub>O<sub>2</sub>, dans laquelle 0,9≤a≤1,10, x+y+z=1, 0,8≤x≤0,99, 0≤y≤0,15, 0≤z≤0,1, 0≤b≤0,1, R comprend Al et/ou Mn, et M comprend un élément métallique ; et une couche de revêtement répartie sur la surface du matériau actif, la couche de revêtement comprenant un composé d'acide phosphorique. Le matériau d'électrode positive composite présente une dureté de particule Cs≥50 Mpa, et la relation suivante est satisfaite : Cs<sub>10</sub>/Cs <sub>50</sub>≥0,7, Cs<sub>10</sub> étant la dureté de particules présentant une taille de particule de D10, et Cs<sub>50</sub> étant la dureté de particules présentant une taille de particule de D50. Selon le matériau d'électrode positive composite ainsi que son procédé de préparation, et la batterie au lithium-ion selon la présente invention, l'uniformité de revêtement peut être améliorée, la quantité de revêtement est régulée avec précision, la performance de débit et la stabilité de cycle de la batterie au lithium-ion sont améliorées, et le coût de production est réduit.
