Abstract

Dispositif (1) pour le placement de séparateurs entre des produits de machines d'extrusion de béton, applicable pour l'installation dans une machine d'extrusion, de moulage, de profilage, de coulissage ou de fluotournage (2) de pièces (3) de béton, la machine (2) comprenant une guillotine (5) pour couper l'écoulement de béton et former lesdites pièces (3), dont les extrémités respectives, c'est-à-dire l'extrémité arrière et l'extrémité avant, sont maintenues libres de déformations en plaçant entre elles un caisson de séparation (6), dans lequel le dispositif (1) comprend des moyens de fixation et de déplacement (10, 11, 12, 13) pour effectuer la mise en place et l'extraction dudit caisson de séparation (6), le caisson (6) restant placé dans un espace intermédiaire (7) entre l'extrémité arrière et l'extrémité avant de pièces formées consécutives (3) pendant une période de temps nécessaire pour éviter la déformation desdites extrémités pendant que la machine (2) continue l'extrusion. De préférence, le dispositif (1) comprend un chariot (10) adapté pour coulisser le long d'un chemin de guidage horizontal (11) incorporé à la machine (2), sur sa sortie (2a) du flux de béton, conjointement avec la guillotine de coupe (5) prévue sur ladite sortie (2a), des moyens de fixation (12) pour fixer le caisson séparateur (6) et le transférer avec le chariot (10) le long du chemin de guidage (11) et des moyens de déplacement vertical (13) pour lever et abaisser le caisson séparateur (6), pour abaisser le caisson (6) de manière à le déposer dans l'espace (7) présent après la découpe de la partie (3) de béton par la guillotine (5) et pour le lever à nouveau ultérieurement.
