Abstract

Procédé de récupération des déchets mixtes de manganate de lithium-nickel-cobalt et de phosphate de lithium-fer, comprenant les étapes suivantes : la réalisation d'une lixiviation acide sur des déchets mixtes pour obtenir une solution de lixiviation acide, l'adsorption de nickel, de cobalt et de manganèse dans la solution de lixiviation acide à l'aide d'une résine, et lorsque la résine a été adsorbée à saturation, le lavage de celle-ci à l'aide d'un acide sulfurique pour obtenir une solution mixte de sulfate de nickel-cobalt-manganèse et une solution de post-adsorption ; la précipitation de la solution mixte de sulfate de nickel-cobalt-manganèse pour obtenir un précurseur ternaire et la réalisation d'une précipitation de lithium sur la solution de post-adsorption pour obtenir une précipitation de sel de lithium et une solution de post-précipitation ; et la concentration de la solution de post-précipitation, l'ajout d'une source de carbone, l'agitation et la dispersion, la réalisation d'un électrofilage, puis le séchage et le grillage, de manière à obtenir un matériau de phosphate/carbone de fer.
