Abstract
La présente invention décrit une méthode de préparation du charbon actif à partir des coquilles de noix d'argan préparé par activation chimique à l'aide de l'acide borique h3bo3 et de l'acide phosphorique h3po4 pour l'élimination du diclofénac, ce matériau a été caractérisé par microscope électronique à balayage, spectrométrie infrarouge à transformée de fourier, diffraction des rayons x sur poudre, brunauer– potentiel emmet-teller et zeta. L'adsorption du diclofenac, un médicament anti-inflammatoire, à partir d'eau distillée par des tests cinétiques, d'équilibre et thermodynamiques a été étudiée. Des expériences en mode discontinu ont été menées pour évaluer la capacité d'adsorption du diclofenac à partir d'une solution aqueuse en utilisant le carbone ci-dessus. Les résultats d'adsorption ont montré que le temps d'équilibre est de 90 minutes. L'adsorption du diclofénac sur du charbon actif produit à partir de coquilles de noix d'argan est décrite par un modèle cinétique de pseudo-second ordre. La capacité d'adsorption la plus élevée déterminée par le modèle de langmuir est d'environ 233 mg/g. Les paramètres thermodynamiques indiquent que le processus d'adsorption est spontané (-?G°) et exothermique (-?H°).The present invention describes a method for preparing activated carbon from argan nut shells prepared by chemical activation using boric acid h3bo3 and phosphoric acid h3po4 for the elimination of diclofenac, this material was characterized by scanning electron microscope, fourier transform infrared spectrometry, x-ray powder diffraction, brunauer–emmet-teller potential and zeta. The adsorption of diclofenac, an anti-inflammatory drug, from distilled water by kinetic, equilibrium and thermodynamic tests was investigated. Batch mode experiments were conducted to evaluate the adsorption capacity of diclofenac from aqueous solution using the above carbon. The adsorption results showed that the equilibrium time is 90 minutes. The adsorption of diclofenac on activated carbon produced from argan nut shells is described by a pseudo-second order kinetic model. The highest adsorption capacity determined by the Langmuir model is approximately 233 mg/g. The thermodynamic parameters indicate that the adsorption process is spontaneous (-?G°) and exothermic (-?H°).
