C'EST UNE VALORISATION DE RÉSIDU LINO-CELLULOSIQUE QUI SE TRANSFORME, SOUS L'EFFET D'UNE ACTIVATION CHIMIQUE PAR L'ACIDE PHOSPHORIQUE (H3PO4), A UN MATÉRIAU POREUX DESTINÉ À DES APPLICATIONS DE DÉPOLLUTION DES GAZ ET DE TRAITEMENT DES EAUX USÉES URBAINES ET INDUSTRIELLES CHARGÉES EN POLLUANTS ORGANIQUES ET MÉTALLIQUES.LA CARACTÉRISATION DU PRODUIT ÉLABORÉ DANS DES CONDITIONS MODÉRÉES DE TEMPÉRATURE (200 °C-450°C), A MONTRÉ QUE LE MATÉRIAU ADSORBANT ÉLABORÉ EST DOTÉ DE PRPRIÉTÉS TEXTURALES ET STRUCTURALES TRÈS DÉVELOPPÉES (SURFACE SPÉCIFIQUE QUI ATTEINT 1200 M2/G). L'ÉTUDE DES PROPRIÉTÉS DE SURFACE A MIS EN ÉVIDENCE UNE PRÉDOMINANCE DES GROUPEMENTS ACIDES, NOTAMMENT LES FONCTIONS CARBOXYLIQUES QUI JOUENT UN RÔLE IMPORTANT DANS LE PROCESSUS D'ADSORPTION SÉLECTIVE.THIS INVENTION CONCERNS THE PROCESSING OF THE HULL OF ARGAN NUTS INTO ACTIVE CHARCOAL. IT IS A VALORIZATION OF LINO-CELLULOSIC RESIDUE THAT IS TRANSFORMED BY CHEMICAL ACTIVATION BY PHOSPHORIC ACID (H3PO4) TO A POROUS MATERIAL FOR GAS CLEANING AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT APPLICATIONS URBAN AND INDUSTRIAL CHARGED WITH ORGANIC AND METALLIC POLLUTANTS.THE CHARACTERIZATION OF THE PRODUCT DEVELOPED IN MODERATE CONDITIONS OF TEMPERATURE (200 ° C-450 ° C), SHOWED THAT THE ADSORBENT MATERIAL DEVELOPED HAS HIGHLY DEVELOPED TEXTURAL AND STRUCTURAL PREPERTIES (SPECIFIC SURFACE) THAT REACHES 1200 M2 / G).
