Abstract

L'invention concerne une cellule solaire à base de pérovskite organométallique, en particulier une couche d'absorption de photons organométallique à base de plomb ou d'étain, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication correspondant. La présente invention concerne une cellule solaire organométallique, une couche absorbante pourvue d'un composé cristallisant dans le réseau cristallin de la pérovskite et qui comporte une couche conductrice perforée exempte de lithium.
