Abstract
La présente invention concerne une méthode de traitement des contaminants à haute viscosité sur une extrémité arrière d'un tendeur dans une industrie de teinture en utilisant un lavage / dépoussiérage, une déshumidification / chauffage et une précipitation électrostatique, dans lequel la méthode comprend: la première étape de lavage primaire des gaz d'échappement introduits par le tuyau d'entrée au moyen d'épurateur pour éliminer les substances étrangères ou soulever des poils contenus dans les gaz d'échappement; la seconde étape d'abaissement de la température des gaz d'échappement lavés par l'épurateur par transfert thermique de l'échangeur de chaleur pour déshumidifier les gaz d'échappement; la troisième étape, chauffant l'eau restante dans les gaz d'échappement, à travers le réchauffeur, pour permettre des particules d'eau dans les gaz d'échappement, d'être saturée et vaporisée; la quatrième étape de déplacement des gaz d'échappement à partir desquels les solvants organiques tels que brouillard d'huile et coy sont évacués par la couronne de décharge dans le précipitant électrostatique vers les moyens de décharge; et la cinquième étape d'évacuation des gaz d'échappement vers l'extérieur à travers les moyens de décharge.The present invention relates to a method of treating high viscosity contaminants on a tail end of a tensioner in a dyeing industry using washing / dusting, dehumidifying / heating and electrostatic precipitation, wherein the method comprises: the first step of primary washing of the exhaust gases introduced through the inlet pipe by means of scrubber to remove foreign substances or to raise hairs contained in the exhaust gases; the second step of lowering the temperature of the exhaust gas washed by the heat transfer scrubber of the heat exchanger to dehumidify the exhaust gas; the third step, heating the water remaining in the exhaust gas, through the heater, to allow water particles in the exhaust gas, to be saturated and vaporized; the fourth step of moving the exhaust gases from which organic solvents such as oil mist and coy are discharged through the discharge ring in the electrostatic precipitant to the discharge means; and the fifth step of discharging the exhaust gases to the outside through the discharge means.
