Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une boisson lactée comprenant l'étape consistant à mélanger: a) de l'eau, b) au moins un ingrédient lacté choisi parmi du lait liquide, du lait en poudre et un mélange de ceux-ci, ledit ingrédient lacté présentant un rapport de poids caséine/protéine de lactosérum identique à celui du lait cru, et c) au moins deux sels minéraux, lesdits sels minéraux étant choisis parmi le chlorure de sodium, le chlorure de potassium et le carbonate de calcium.
