Abstract
LA PRÉSENTE INVENTION CONCERNE UN COMPOSÉ DE FORMULE GÉNÉRALE (I), DANS LAQUELLE R1, R2 ET R3 REPRÉSENTENT CHACUN INDÉPENDAMMENT UN ATOME D'HYDROGÈNE, UN ALKYLE INFÉRIEUR, UN ALKOXY INFÉRIEUR, UN CYCLOALKYLE, UN ALKYLE INFÉRIEUR SUBSTITUÉ PAR UN ATOME D'HALOGÈNE OU UN GROUPE S-(ALKYLE INFÉRIEUR) ; OU BIEN UN SEL D'ADDITION ACIDE PHARMACEUTIQUEMENT ACCEPTABLE, UN MÉLANGE RACÉMIQUE, OU L'ÉNANTIOMÈRE ET/OU L'ISOMÈRE OPTIQUE CORRESPONDANT DUDIT COMPOSÉ. LES COMPOSÉS DE FORMULE GÉNÉRALE (I) SE SONT AVÉRÉS ÊTRE DE BONS INHIBITEURS DU TRANSPORTEUR DE TYPE 1 DE LA GLYCINE (GLYT-1), ET PRÉSENTER UNE BONNE SÉLECTIVITÉ ENVERS LES INHIBITEURS DU TRANSPORTEUR DE TYPE 2 DE LA GLYCINE (GLYT-2).
