Abstract
Les points d'arrimage des câbles en acier pour le chargement de conteneurs sont soumis à de très fortes tensions, raison pour laquelle on utilise des étriers robustes vissés. Les systèmes actuellement utilisés dans ce type de grue pour la fixation de câbles sont constitués d'étriers vissés fixes. L'invention concerne un système sensiblement plus polyvalent et flexible fondé sur un mécanisme de coins qui permet un actionnement automatique et instantané (commandé à distance). L'ensemble comprend des pinces coulissantes, un mécanisme d'actionnement des pinces, des éléments de guidage supplémentaires nécessaires et un élément de tension pour l'ajustement des câbles. Cette solution permet: de réaliser l'opération de changement de câbles avec la flèche hissée, permettant ainsi aux navires de manoeuvrer et aux grues contiguës de fonctionner; de réduire les temps de substitution des câbles; d'utiliser l'élément d'ancrage (pinces) + élément de tension comme mécanisme d'ajustement de la longueurs des branches. L'invention permet de corriger instantanément les éventuels désalignements du palonnier.
