Abstract

Izgudrojums attiecas uz procesu augu dzēriena iegūšanai no auzu izejmateriāla. Dzērienam ir samazināts ogļhidrātu un palielināts olbaltumvielu daudzums. Dzēriens tiek pagatavots, veicot soļus, kas ietver auzu izejmateriāla sagatavošanu, kurā iepriekš ir inaktivēti lipāzes un beta-glikanāzes fermenti, pēc tam – auzu izejmateriāla sajaukšanu ar ūdens šķīdumu, kā rezultātā tiek iegūta auzu suspensija. Nākamais solis ir samaisītās auzu suspensijas filtrēšana, iegūstot filtrātu un šķiedru nogulsnes. Tad šķiedru nogulsnes sajauc ar ūdens šķīdumu, lai iegūtu otro suspensiju, turklāt pēc tam otrajai suspensijai tiek veikta hidrolīze. Vienlaikus tiek iegūti ekstrahēti beta-glikāns un olbaltumvielas, un hidrolizēts materiāls. Pirms hidrolīzes vai tās laikā pievieno vismaz vienu hidrolāzes fermentu. Pēc hidrolīzes šķiedras atdala no hidrolizētā materiāla, iegūstot dzidrinātu auzu suspensiju.
