Abstract

Izgudrojums attiecas uz bezpakāpju siksnas pārvadu. Bezpakāpju siksnas pārvads (20) satur pirmo vārpstu (1); otro vārpstu (2); regulējamu ķīļsiksnas skriemeli (3), kas uzstādīts uz pirmās vārpstas (1). Pārvads (20) satur zobainu skriemeli (6), kas piestiprināts pie otrās vārpstas (2), un zobainu ķīļsiksnu (7), kas izvietota uz regulējamā ķīļsiksnas skriemeļa (3) un dzenamā zobainā skriemeļa (6), lai pārvadītu jaudu no ķīļsiksnas skriemeļa (3) uz zobaino skriemeli (6). Pārvads (20) papildus satur siksnas spriegotāju (8), kas ir izvietots starp ķīļsiksnas skriemeli (3) un zobaino skriemeli (6). Siksnas spriegotājs (8) satur divus spriegošanas ruļļus (10; 11), kas izvietoti viens pret otru, un zobainās ķīļsiksnas (7) ārējās aploces, lai spriegošanas ruļļi (10; 11) varētu pielikt spēku zobainajai ķīļsiksnai (7) no abām tās pusēm, nospriegojot minēto ķīļsiksnu (7) no abām pusēm.
