CONSTITUTION:When the pull-lever 6 is rotatingly shifted to the two dotted chain line position, and the traction member W is loosened; the idling wheel transfer lever 5 responds to the slackness of the traction member W and the side pressure caused by the belt 10 during running, and moves the idling pulley piece 1b to widen the V-groove of the driving pulley 1. As the result, belt 10 falls under the V-groove of the driving pulley 1, idle ron occurs, and the function of clutch off is exhibited. For the above operation, a part of the external force necessary for moving the idling pulley piece 1b, is reduced by installing an auxiliary spring 8.
