Abstract
Description
Izgudrojums attiecas uz mazstāvu dzīvojamo, rūpniecisko, lauksaimniecības, sabiedrisko un citu nozīmju ēku celtniecību, jo īpaši uz koka ēku celtniecību, kur sienas tiek celtas no dubulto sienu koka blokiem. The invention relates to the construction of low-rise residential, industrial, agricultural, public and other buildings, in particular wooden buildings, where walls are made of double-walled wooden blocks.
The Latvian patent LV 12113 is known, which describes a building element of a heat-insulating and load-bearing building exterior wall, which is formed in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped and contains two longitudinal walls, which are connected by a partition wall. The structure is made of concrete or lightweight concrete. The elements are laid in the wall in succession. Such assemblies require special care when assembling, as they are not equipped with couplings to facilitate assembly and reinforcement. In addition, the selected building element material does not provide sufficient thermal insulation and is not environmentally friendly.
In addition, patent LV 13504 describes a wood construction panel / (block) joint system where the panel / (block) joint is implemented by means of a connecting beam. The disadvantage of such a system is that the connecting beam is not fixed, which can cause excessive displacement during assembly between panels / (blocks). The resulting structure may be unstable and of low rigidity.
The object of the invention is to increase the stability and rigidity of the connection of double-walled wooden blocks, as well as to create a new way of building wooden buildings using double-walled wooden blocks and ecologically clean materials.
The object of the invention is achieved by the construction of a heat-insulating and load-bearing wooden block of a double wall of a building which has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped and has two longitudinal walls forming an outer wall and step or insulating and inner wall. , wherein insulating material is provided between the two partitions, characterized in that grooves are formed on both ends of the wood block having a shape and arrangement corresponding to the grooves of the longitudinal wall of the block to be joined, whereby a connecting beam or joint key can be inserted between the grooves with bumps of a shape and positioning close to those of the longitudinal grooves and which are in alignment with the longitudinal grooves.
Bez tam vienā koka bloka galā ir izvietota taisnstūra paralēlskaldņa veidā izveidota, profilēta savienojuma atslēga, kas sevī apvieno gan otro šķērsieniņu, gan savienojuma atslēgu, pie kam papildus starp savienojuma atslēgu un koka bloku savstarpēji profilētās vietās ir ievietotas sprosttapas. In addition, a rectangular parallelepiped profiled connection key is located at one end of the wooden block, which combines both the second partition wall and the connection key, with additional locking pins between mutually profiled locations between the connection key and the wooden block.
Vienā no variantiem uz abām šķērssieniņas šaurākajām, garākajām malām ir izveidoti profilēti izvirzījumi, kas salīgojas ar virsū liekamo koka bloku garensieniņu profilētiem rievojumiem, pie kam garensieniņu profili ir izfrēzēti tā, ka tie saslēdzas, vienlaikus veicot bloku pašfiksēšanas savienojuma atslēgas funkciju, pie kam šķērsieniņu abās malās ir iefrēzējums. In one embodiment, profiled protrusions are formed on both narrow, long edges of the partition wall, which coincide with the profiled ribs of the superimposed block of wooden blocks, whereby the profiles of the longitudinal sections are milled so that they perform the locking function of the block self-locking the edges have an indentation.
In addition, the groove profiles at the ends of the longitudinal walls are interconnected at one another or by means of locking pins and that the partitions in the block are arranged so that they overlap vertically and, in addition, wall reinforcing bars are inserted between the two partitions.
Bez tam dubultās sienas koka bloka starpsieniņu garums un profilētās savienojuma atslēgas platums ir maināms, tādējādi mainās arī dubultās sienas koka bloka biezums. In addition, the length of the partition walls of the double-walled wood block and the width of the profiled connection key are variable, thus changing the thickness of the double-walled wooden block.
Siltumizolēj oša un nesoša ēkas dubultās sienas līmētā koka bloka garensieniņas sastāv no vismaz divām, vēlams četrām, šķērseniski pretstatītām, tangenciāli līmētām koka brusu sagatavēm, kuru platums un augstums ir maināms, tādējādi mainot ārējās un iekšējās sienas biezumu un augstumu, un kurām vertikālajās savienojuma vietās tiek iefrēzēta slīpa maliņa.The longitudinal walls of the double-wall heat-insulated and load-bearing building block consist of at least two, preferably four, transverse, tangentially glued beams of varying widths and heights, thus changing the thickness and height of the outer and inner wall, and a bevelled edge is milled.
Izmantojot siltumizolēj ošos un nesošos ēkas dubultās sienas bloku tiek realizēts celtniecības paņēmiens, kur dubultās sienas koka bloks tiek savienots ar blakus esošu dubultās sienas koka bloku, un kur dubulto sienas koku bloku rindas tiek pakārtotas viena virs otras vai arī pamīšus, raksturīgs ar to, ka blakus savienojamie dubultās sienas koka bloki tiek savienoti ar garensieniņu gropju un/vai ar savienojuma atslēgas palīdzību, pie kam caur koka blokiem, jo īpaši caur to šķērssieniņām, vertikāli tiek izvietoti celtnes pamatnē iestiprināti galos vītņoti stieņi.Using a heat-insulating and load-bearing double wall block of a building, a construction method is implemented in which the double-wall wooden block is connected to an adjacent double-wall wooden block and wherein the rows of double-walled wooden blocks are superimposed or alternately, characterized in that adjacent double-walled wooden blocks are connected by means of longitudinal grooves and / or by means of a connection key, whereby end-threaded rods are mounted vertically through the wooden blocks, in particular through their partitions.
Bez tam blakus savienojamie koka bloki tiek savienoti un nostiprināti ar dubultiem koka statņiem, kas ir dubulti apakšējo un augšējo sienas vainagi, kuri veido koka ēkas karkasu un kuri var būt no jebkāda konstruktīva materiāla, pie kam koka bloki tiek savienoti un nostiprināti ar dubultās sienas koka statņiem ar sprostbrusu palīdzību, pie kam viens virs otra pakārtotie koka bloki tiek izkārtoti vertikāli viens virs otra un caur koka blokiem, jo īpaši caur to šķērssieniņām vertikāli tiek izvietoti celtnes pamatnē iestiprināti, galos vītņotie stieņi.In addition, adjoining wooden blocks are joined and secured by double wooden pillars, which are the double crowns of the lower and upper walls, which form the framework of the wooden building, and which can be of any structural material, whereby the wooden blocks are joined and secured by struts by means of locking beams, whereby wooden blocks, which are subordinate to one another, are arranged vertically one above the other and through the wooden blocks, in particular through their partition walls, vertically threaded rods fixed at the base of the building.
Papildus tam blakus savienojamie dubultas sienas koka bloki tiek savienoti viens ar otru to garensieniņu galos, kur izveidots gropes profila bloka pašfiksēšanas savienojums, kuru iespējams papildināt ar tajā ievietotām sprosttapām, pie kam šķērssieniņas blokā tiek izvietotas tā, lai tās sakristu pa vertikāli viena ar otru, kur pēc tam tiek ievietoti sienu stiprinājuma stieņi.In addition, adjacent double-walled wooden blocks are joined to each other at the ends of the longitudinal walls where the groove profile block self-locking joint is formed, which can be supplemented with locking pins inserted therein, whereby the partitions in the block are aligned vertically, where the wall mounting bars are then inserted.

Typically, these rods 15 are 1 m long, 12 - 16 mm in diameter, inserted in plastic pipes and may be extended during construction by screwing the coupling sleeve 16 and the next bar 15 into the threaded ends the upper crown of the blocks 1 is secured with a thread, which is connected to the base 14 by means of threaded rods 15. Over time, as the wall sits at its top, a nut 17 is tightened without loosening the nut 17.
Fig 7 ir paradīta koka bloku 1 dubulta siena, kura ietver stūra savienojumu. Koka bloku konfigurācija ir līdzīga Fig. 6 uzrādītai konfigurācijai.Fig. 7 shows a double wall of wooden blocks 1 comprising a corner joint. The configuration of the wooden blocks is similar to FIG. 6 configurations shown.
Apakšējais vainags 23 tiek savienots ar nākamo vainagu 23 caur to galos izveidotiem iefrēzējumiem, kuros tiek iedzītas sprosttapas. Tālāk vainags 26 tiek sasiets ar spārturiemFIG. 8 shows a construction method for a double wall wooden block 1 with double wooden posts 20 which, like the wooden blocks 1, consist of two longitudinal walls 21A and 21B and at least two partitions 22A and 22B. The posts are secured between the first crown 23 of the base 14, which, like the posts, comprises two longitudinal walls 24A and 24B and at least two, preferably at least eight, partitions 25 which form the posts for securing the posts. The first double crown 23 is placed on a wooden frame, which in turn is bolted to the base 14 by means of anchor screws. There may be a variant that can be laid straight on the base 14. In the same way as the first / lower crown 23, a crown 26 which also comprises two longitudinal walls 27A and 27B and at least two, preferably at least four, partitions 28 which, like the lower crown 23, are arranged so that the double wooden column 20 is placed in their insertion sockets and vertically overlaps one another. In addition, the posts 20 are secured by at least two wooden pins. The lower crown 23 is connected to the next crown 23 through recesses formed at their ends which drive the locking pins. Next, crown 26 is tied with crayfish

Ceļot dubulto koka bloku 1 karkasu, sāk no mājas stūra ar pirmo statni 20, kura iekšpusē ieliek sprostbrusu 29, kuras abos galos ir frēzējumi, kuros ieguļas statņu starpsieniņas 31. Tālāk tiek likti dubultas sienas koka bloki 1. Lifting the frame of the double wooden blocks 1 starts from the corner of the house with the first pillar 20, which is provided with a locking beam 29, at both ends of which there are milling recesses of the posts 31. Next, the second locking beam 29 is placed. , then the column 20, and in this order puts the third, fourth, etc., the column 20. This construction method is particularly suitable for building buildings using the double wooden block 1 and, in particular, it significantly increases the load-bearing capacity of the structure. In addition, other construction materials used in timber frame buildings may be used in place of the construction of the double wall wooden posts 20. Further, it is possible to use any other construction material or type in place of the double wall wooden blocks 1 between the posts 20.
Papildus tam Fig. 1 - Fig. 8 redzamās dubultās sienas koka bloka 1 šķērssieniņas 3 var tikt ražotas dažāda garuma. Mainot šķērssieniņu 3 garumu ir iespējams mainīt dubultās sienas koka bloka 1 biezumu, jo īpaši tā starptelpas biezumu. Tādējādi ir iespējams mainīt starptelpā esošās izolācijas 4 biezumu, pielāgojot to attiecīgajiem klimatiskajiem apstākļiem, kur ēka tiks celta. Pie kam dubultās sienas koka bloka 1 siena sastāv no vismaz divām, vēlams četrām, koka šķiedrām šķerseniski pretstatītam, tangenciāli līmētam koka brusu sagatavēm, kuru biezumu arī ir iespējams mainīt.In addition, FIG. 1 - FIG. The partitions 3 of the 8 visible double wall wooden blocks 1 can be produced in different lengths. By changing the length of the partition walls 3, it is possible to change the thickness of the double wall wooden block 1, in particular its intermediate space. Thus, it is possible to change the thickness of the insulation 4 in the space, adapting it to the climatic conditions in which the building will be built. In addition, the wall of the double-walled wooden block 1 consists of at least two, preferably four, tangentially laminated beams of wood fibers, which can be varied in thickness.
Ceļot ēku no koka dubulto sienu blokiem 1 ir rūpīgi jāpārbauda pamatu 14 planimetrija, to 5 virsmas līdzenums, jāierīko pamatu hidroizolācija, uz kuras tiek piestiprināta sienu pamatnes pus brusa, kura ir no cietāka koka, piemēram no ozola, vai koka, kurš apstrādāts ar antiseptiķi. Pamatnes vidū pie pamatiem 14 tiek piestiprināti sienu nosēšanās savilcēju stiprinājumi, kuros tiek ieskrūvēti vītņotie stieņi 15. Pie kam pirms vainaga ir ieteicams izvietot izolāciju, kura mazāk uzsūc mitrumu. When building a building made of wooden double wall blocks 1, the planimetry of the foundation 14, the levelness of its surface 5, a waterproofing of the foundation to which a half-beam of harder wood, such as oak, or wood treated with antiseptic . In the middle of the substrate, wall anchoring fasteners are fastened to the foundations 14, in which threaded rods 15 are screwed in. It is advisable to place insulation with less moisture absorption before the crown.
