Abstract

The invention is useful for above-ground construction, including construction of stone and ferroconcrete edifices. The invention can be effectively applied in repairing old stone edifices, and also in the renewal of walls and load-carrying structures of the edifices.The method consists of several stages: preparation of cracks, cleaning the cracks, preparation of filling materials (mixing the necessary components), pumping of the mixture into the cracks and consolidation of the filling material.The novelty of the invention is that the ends of the cracks are drilled but the edges along the full crack length are filled. After that, water under pressure of 2 to 3 atmospheres is supplied into the lower opening. After pumping through the hole, the water is released and the crack cavity is dried. Then, the prepared filling material is pumped under the pressure of 8 to 16 atmospheres into the openings, until the mixture comes out from the upper opening. The pumping is carried out for 0.5-1.5 minutes, under constant pressure. Finally, the feeding openings are closed and left to set.
