Claims (4)

  1. LV 11466 Izgudrojuma formula 1. Paņēmiens savienojuma ar formulu (II)
    iegūšanai, kas atšķiras arto, ka savienojumu ar formulu (III)
    (IV) bezūdens toluola un N-metilpirolidīn-2-ona maisījumā sīki sasmalcināta nātrija karbonāta klātbūtnē, iegūstot cis-(+)-3-hidroksi-5-[2-(dimetilamino)etil]-2,3-dihidro-2-(4-metoksifenil)benzotiazepīn-4(5H)-onu ar formulu (I)
    1 kuru pēc reakcijas maisījuma izmazgāšanas ar ūdeni, ūdens slāņa atdalīšanas un šķīdinātāju atdestilēšanas apstrādā ar etiķskābes anhidrīdu, veidojot vēlamo diltiazēmu ar formulu (II).
  2. 2. Paņēmiens pēc 1. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka toluola un N-metil-pirolidīn-2-ona un toluola maisījums satur 50 - 95 % toluola un 5 - 50 % N-metilpirolidīn-2-ona.
  3. 3. Paņēmiens pēc 1. vai 2. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka sīki samalcinātā nātrija karbonāta daļiņu izmērs ir 2-30 pm.
  4. 4. Paņēmiens pēc jebkura no iepriekšējiem punktiem, kas atšķiras ar to, ka reakciju veic pie 80-120 °C. 2
