Claims (2)

1. Zivju preserva iegūšanas paņēmiens, kurš sastāv no izejvielas sagatavošanas, apstrādes, sālīšanas sāls šķīdumā, apkaisīšanas ar vircu un cukura maisījumu, sāls šķīduma uzliešanas, mērces sagatavošanas, fasēšanas, mērces uzliešanas un iepakošanas, ir raksturīgs ar to, ka mērce satur sekojošus komponentus masas daļu attiecībās:
nātrija benzoāts 0,20 - 0,30 cukurs 2,0-3,0 citronskābe 0,8-1,2 majonēze 68,0 - 72,0 žāvētie āboli 4,8 - 5,2 sīpoli 18,0-22,0 marinētie vai skābētie gurķi 4,8-5,2
2. Zivju preserva iegūšanas paņēmiens pēc 1. p-ta raksturīgs ar to, ka pirms mērces sagatavošanas sīpolus 10-15 min. iztur Mo-Ro-pH skābes stabilizātora šķīdumā, attiecīgi sīpolu masas un Mo-Ro-pH šķīduma attiecībā 1:1, turklāt, Mo-Ro-pH šķīdums atbilst Mo-Ro-pH masas un ūdens attiecībai 1g : 11.
