Claims (9)
1. Ein kodotiertes lumineszierendes farbiges mikrokristallines Glas, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kodotierte lumineszierendes farbiges mikrokristallines Glas durch Dotieren von einem Übergangselement und einem Seltenerdmetallelement in mikrokristallines Li20-Al203-Si02.Glas hergestellt wird; das Ubergangselement Kobalt ist Kobalt; das Seltenerdmetallelement ist Europium.
2. Das kodotierte lumineszierende farbige mikrokristalline Glas gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponenten des mikrokristallinen LizO-Al2O3- SiO2-Glases umfassen: Li2O, Al2O3, SiO2, ZnO, BaO, TiO2, MgO, P2Os, K2O und Na20.
3. Das kodotierte lumineszierende farbige mikrokristalline Glas gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Europium in Form von Eu2O3 dotiert ist, mit einer Dotierungsmenge von 0,2-0,7% der Gesamtmasse des kodotierten lumineszierenden farbigen mikrokristallinen Glases.
4. Das kodotierte lumineszierende farbige mikrokristalline Glas gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übergangselement Kobalt in Form von Kobaltnitrat dotiert ist, und die Dotiermenge 0,5-4% der Gesamtmasse der kodotierten lumineszierenden farbigen Glas beträgt.
5. Ein Vorbereitungsverfahren für das kodotiertes lumineszierendes farbiges mikrokristallines Glas nach einem der Ansprüche 1—4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst: mischen Sie die Rohstoffe jeder Komponente, schmelzen Sie sie nach dem Kugelmahlen und gießen Sie die erhaltene Glasflüssigkeit in eine vorgewärmte Form zum Formen; führen Sie dann direkt Kristallisationsbehandlung durch, um kodotiertes lumineszierendes farbiges mikrokristallines zu erhalten.
6. Das Vorbereitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Temperaturgradient des Schmelzens zuerst auf 1450 Grad Celsius mit einer Heizrate von 5 Grad Celsius pro Minute erhöht wird, und nachdem seine Wärme für 60 Minuten beibehalten wurde, erhôht es mit einer Heizrate von 1 Grad Celsius pro Minute auf 1640 Grad Celsius und behalt seine Warme fur 360 Minuten bei.
7. Das Vorbereitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kristallisationsbehandlung speziell beinhaltet, die Wärme der Probe bei einer Temperatur von 730 Grad Celsius fur 30 Minuten zu halten, dann auf 920 Grad Celsius mit einer Heizrate von 4,5 Grad Celsius pro Minute anzuheben, seine Warme fur 20 Minuten zu behalten, sie natürlich auf Raumtemperatur zu kühlen und die Kristallisation abzuschließen.
8. Eine Anwendung des kodotierten lumineszenzfarbenen farbigen mikrokristallinen Glases zur Herstellung von Mikrowellenglasplatte oder Induktionskochplatte, wie in einem der Ansprüche 1-4 behauptet.
9. Eine Anwendung des kodotierten lumineszenzfarbenen farbigen mikrokristallinen Glases in fluoreszierendem Fälschungsschutz, wie in einem der Ansprüche 1-4 behauptet.
