Description
SKIN NOURISHING COMPOSITION CONTAINING GINSENG AND HU503491
TREHALOSE AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and specifically relates to a skin nourishing composition containing ginseng and trehalose. On the other hand, the present disclosure also relates to a preparation method and application of the skin nourishing composition containing ginseng and trehalose.
With the acceleration of the pace of modern life, more and more young people are under great pressure at work, and working overtime and staying up late have become common phenomena. Due to the staying up late for a long time, the skin is likely to lose a bright luster, and aging of cells will be accelerated. On the other hand, due to air pollution, drying and pigmentation of the skin will also be caused. In addition, more and more women choose to make up to even the color of the skin, cover spots and modify the shape of the face. However, when the face is not completely cleaned after a large number of cosmetics are used, excess secretion of oil from the skin is likely to be caused, resulting in the phenomenon of imbalance between water and oil.
With the improvement of living standards, more and more people begin to pay attention to skin care. Thus, a large number of skin care products are sold on the market so as to solve the above problems. However, in order to achieve specific effects, a variety of chemical components and natural extracts are usually added to the existing skin care products. Due to a large number of components, not only is a synergistic function achieved, but also mutual influence of the components may be caused, resulting in a general compounding effect.
Accordingly, not only is a good skin care effect not achieved, but also the cost of a product will be increased.
In view of the above problems in the background, the present disclosure aims to provide a skin nourishing composition containing ginseng and trehalose. The composition is not only 17503691 simple in component, but also capable of improving rough and loose skin, making the skin full of nutrition, moisture and firmness and rejuvenating the skin in an original color, and has the dual effects of skin nourishing and skin care. Another objective of the present disclosure is to provide a preparation method and application of the skin nourishing composition containing ginseng and trehalose.
In order to achieve the above objectives, in a first aspect, the following technical scheme is provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure.
À skin nourishing composition containing ginseng and trehalose includes the following mass fractions of raw materials: 6.5-7% of trehalose, 0.005-0.006% of total ginseng saponins, 10-11% of a moisturizing conditioner, 0.45-0.5% of an antioxidant, 0.15-0.19% of a pH regulator, and the balance of water.
Further, the moisturizing conditioner is selected from one or more of 1,3-butanediol, glycerol, 1,2-hexadiol, and 1,2-pentaediol.
Furthermore, the moisturizing conditioner is a combination of the 1,3-butanediol, the glycerol, the 1,2-hexadiol, and the 1,2-pentaediol, and a mass ratio of the 1,3-butanediol to the glycerol to the 1,2-hexadiol to the 1,2-pentaediol in the combination is (9-10):(7-8):1:(1-1.02).
Further, the antioxidant is p-hydroxyacetophenone.
Further, the pH regulator is aminomethylpropanol.
Further, the skin nourishing composition containing ginseng and trehalose further includes a thickener, and the thickener is an acrylate.
Furthermore, the thickener is a C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosslinked polymer.
The composition of the present disclosure includes a ginseng extract, namely the total ginseng saponins, and the trehalose as main functional components. The ginseng extract can be used for injecting energy and nutrition into the skin, enhancing the elasticity of the skin, and making the skin smooth and tender. The total ginseng saponins can be used for inhibiting melanin and enhancing the vitality of the skin. The trehalose with the reputation of “sugar of life” has the effects of repairing damage, replenishing and locking water, regulating the balance between water and oil, enhancing the tolerance of the skin, and maintaining the 17503691 balance of a microenvironment of the skin.
According to the present disclosure, the ginseng extract, the trehalose, the moisturizing conditioner and the antioxidant are compounded, so that the skin can be soothed, nourished, moisturized and cared, the skin is supplemented with required nutrients, the moisture degree and elasticity of the skin are improved, and dryness of the skin is relieved.
In a second aspect, a preparation method of the skin nourishing composition containing ginseng and trehalose is provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method includes the following steps: mixing the moisturizing conditioner, the antioxidant, and the water, conducting heating, and conducting uniform stirring; and conducting cooling, adding the trehalose, the ginseng extract, and the pH regulator, and conducting uniform stirring.
Further, the heating is conducted to 80-85 °C, and the cooling is conducted to 40-45 °C.
In a third aspect, application of the skin nourishing composition containing ginseng and trehalose in a skin care product is also provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The skin care product includes toners, lotions, essences, creams, and skin nourishing gels.
Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following effects: 1. The composition of the present disclosure includes the ginseng extract and the trehalose as main functional components, which are compounded with the moisturizing conditioner and the antioxidant. The composition is simple in component, and capable of soothing, nourishing, moisturizing and caring the skin, supplementing the skin with required nutrients, improving the moisture degree and elasticity of the skin and reliving dryness of the skin. 2. A combination of 1,3-butanediol, glycerol, 1,2-hexadiol, and 1,2-pentaediol is used as the moisturizing conditioner of the present disclosure, and combined with the trehalose, so that the moisturizing effect is improved.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the comparison of the skin before and after a skin nourishing composition containing ginseng and trehalose in Example 6 of the present HU503491 disclosure is used.

From Table 2, it can be seen that all test results of the mercury, lead, arsenic, and cadmium of the skin nourishing composition of the present disclosure meet requirements.
Three. Soothing and repairing test
The skin nourishing composition containing ginseng and trehalose prepared in Example 6 of the present disclosure is a transparent gel. In order to test beneficial effects of the composition, 50 testers with red spots on the faces and arms were selected. After the faces of the testers were cleaned in the morning and evening every day, the transparent gel prepared in
Example 6 was applied and gently massaged until the gel was absorbed. After the gel was continuously used for 15 days, the red spots on the faces and arms of the testers were observed.
An apparently effect:ive result shows that the red spots completely disappear.
An effective result shows that the red spots are significantly lightened and reduced in comparison with that before use.
An ineffective result shows that the red spots are not significantly changed or are darkened.
Test results are as shown in Table 3.

From Table 3, it can be seen that the skin nourishing composition of the present disclosure has a significant repairing effect on the red spots on the skin, and has a total effective rate of 98%. According to a typical test case as shown in FIG 1, after the skin nourishing composition prepared in Example 6 of the present disclosure is continuously used by a tester with many red spots and ulcers on the right arm, the red spots on the arm disappear, and the luster of the skin is recovered.
It should be noted that a variety of transformations and improvements can be made by persons of ordinary skill in the field without departing from the creative concept of the present disclosure, and all the transformations and improvements fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
