Abstract
The present invention discloses an arrangement and combination type sample placing rack, comprising a tube clamp portion, a flat plate base and a clamping portion. The interior of the tube clamp portion is of a hollow structure, and a sample inlet is formed in a lower end of the tube clamp portion; a semen sample is inserted through the sample inlet and is stored in the hollow structure; the flat plate base is located between the clamping portion and the tube clamp portion; the upper end of the tube clamp portion is connected to the surface of the lower end of the flat plate base; the lower end of the clamping portion is connected to the surface of the upper end of the flat plate base and is located in the middle of the surface of the upper end of the flat plate base; two sample placing racks are connected together through connecting buckles on two sides of the flat plate base; and therefore, the orderly arrangement of semen samples in a transport tank in different forms is ensured, and the operation time in the process of sample taking is reduced.

The present invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an arrangement and combination type sample placing rack.
In China, it has become extremely common to preserve semen samples in a human sperm bank by an ultra-low temperature freezing technology to protect male fertility. After a cryopreservation solution is added to male semen, the male semen is packaged in a 2ml cryopreservation tube, and finally, the cryopreservation tube is placed separately in a cryopreservation box and stored in liquid nitrogen together. As existing cryopreservation tubes are of spiral type or heat-sealed type, only Iml of semen sample with the cryopreservation solution is usually added to the 2ml tube during preservation, which results in that the upper part of the encapsulated cryopreservation tube is empty, the overall density of the cryopreservation tube is lower than the density of liquid nitrogen, thus, the cryopreservation tube easily floats out of the cryopreservation box and enters a liquid nitrogen tank, it is extremely difficult to find the tube, and wasting and loss of the samples are caused. In addition, in the process of sample transportation, the samples are often scattered in the transport tanks. After the samples are sent to reproductive centers, it is extremely inconvenient to rearrange and put the samples in storage, resulting in the wasting of manpower and resources.
At present, covers are added to the cryopreservation boxes in most sperm banks to prevent the samples from being lost due to floating of the samples resulting from buoyancy. However, operation steps will be added in the preservation process, which results in that the samples are exposed to the outside world for a long time. In addition, in the process of opening the cover, the cryopreservation box cannot be opened due to conditions such as freezing, or the samples are scattered due to excessive force. However, some sperm banks transport semen samples transported by means of traditional aluminum frames, which are extremely inconvenient to operate and easy to drop.
The present invention provides an arrangement and combination type sample placing rack which is simple and convenient to operate, can prevent samples in cryopreservation boxes from floating out, can also ensure the orderly placement of the samples in a transport tank in different forms, 1

In order to achieve the above objective, the present invention provides the following technical scheme: the arrangement and combination type sample placing rack comprises a tube clamp portion, a flat plate base, and a clamping portion; the interior of the tube clamp portion is of a hollow structure; a sample inlet is formed in the lower end of the tube clamp portion; a semen sample is inserted through the sample inlet and is stored in the hollow structure; the flat plate base is located between the clamping portion and the tube clamp portion; the upper end of the tube clamp portion is connected to the surface of the lower end of the flat plate base; and the lower end of the clamping portion is connected to the surface of the upper end of the flat plate base and is located in the middle of the surface of the upper end of the flat plate base.
Preferably, connecting buckles are respectively arranged at two ends of the flat plate base, and the two sample placing racks are connected together by means of the connecting buckles.
Preferably, each of the connecting buckles comprises a connecting band and a fastener; and one end of the connecting band 1s connected to a side wall of the flat plate base, and the other end of the connecting band is connected to the fastener.
Preferably, leaf springs are respectively arranged at two sides of the inner wall of the tube clamp portion, and are buckled together with the outer wall of the semen sample.
Preferably, marking plates are arranged on an upper surface of the flat plate base, and are used for recording information.
Preferably, a groove is formed in the outer wall of the clamping portion, and is convenient for tweezers to clamp.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects: 1. The semen samples of the same batch can be connected together by means of the arrangement of the connecting buckles in the present invention, the connecting bands can be cut off directly, and therefore, it is convenient to transport and rearrange the samples; meanwhile, the marking plates are arranged on the upper surface of the flat plate base, and therefore, it is convenient to record sample information; and the leaf springs are arranged inside the tube clamp portion and can be automatically buckled with the outer wall of the semen sample, and therefore, it is convenient to take and unload the semen samples, and the operation is convenient and quick.

Embodiment: as shown in figures 1-4, an arrangement and combination type sample placing rack comprises a tube clamp portion 1, a flat plate base 2 and a clamping portion 3; the interior of the tube clamp portion 1 is of a hollow structure; a sample inlet 101 is formed in the lower end of the tube clamp portion 1; a semen sample is inserted through the sample inlet 101 and is stored in the hollow structure; leaf springs 102 are respectively arranged at two sides of the inner wall of the tube clamp portion 1, and are buckled together with the outer wall of the semen sample; the flat plate base 102 is located between the clamping portion 3 and the tube clamp portion 1; the upper end of the tube clamp portion 1 is connected to the surface of the lower end of the flat plate base 2; the lower end of the clamping portion 3 is connected to the surface of the upper end of the flat plate base 2; a groove 301 is formed in the outer wall of the clamping portion 3, and is convenient for tweezers to clamp; the lower end of the clamping portion 3 is located in the middle of the surface of the upper end of the flat plate base 102; marking plates 101 are arranged on the upper surface of the flat plate base 2, are located at two sides of the clamping portion 3 and are used for recording information; connecting buckles are respectively arranged at two ends of the flat plate base 2; the two sample placing racks are connected together by means of the connecting buckles; each of the connecting buckles comprises a connecting band 401 and a fastener 402; and one end of the connecting band 401 is connected to a side wall of the flat plate base 2, and the other end of the connecting band 401 1s connected to the fastener 402. 3
Claims (6)
1. An arrangement and combination type sample placing rack, characterized by comprising a tube clamp portion, a flat plate base and a clamping portion, wherein the interior of the tube clamp portion is of a hollow structure, a sample inlet is formed in a lower end of the tube clamp portion, a semen sample is inserted through the sample inlet and is stored in the hollow structure, the flat plate base is located between the clamping portion and the tube clamp portion, the upper end of the tube clamp portion is connected to the surface of the lower end of the flat plate base, and the lower end of the clamping portion is connected to the surface of the upper end of the flat plate base and is located in the middle of the surface of the upper end of the flat plate base.
2. An arrangement and combination type sample placing rack of claim 1, characterized in that connecting buckles are respectively arranged at two ends of the flat plate base, and the two sample placing racks are connected together by means of the connecting buckles.
3. An arrangement and combination type sample placing rack of claim 2, characterized in that each of the connecting buckles comprises a connecting band and a fastener, wherein one end of the connecting band is connected to a side wall of the flat plate base, and the other end of the connecting band is connected to the fastener.
4. An arrangement and combination type sample placing rack of claim 1, characterized in that leaf springs are respectively arranged at two sides of the inner wall of the tube clamp portion, and are buckled together with an outer wall of the semen sample.
5. An arrangement and combination type sample placing rack of claim 1, characterized in that marking plates are arranged on an upper surface of the flat plate base, and are used for recording information.
6. An arrangement and combination type sample placing rack of claim 1, characterized in that a groove is formed in an outer wall of the clamping portion, and is convenient for tweezers to clamp. 4
