Description

SEEDER FOR REPAIRING SEAGRASS BED IN INTERTIDAL ZONE LU502195
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Technical Field
[0002] The present invention relates to the technical field of seeders, and in particular to a seeder for repairing a seagrass bed in an intertidal zone.
[0003] 2. Description of Related Art
[0004] A seagrass bed is an important marine ecosystem in tropical and temperate zones, is a habitat, a living place and a food source of a plurality of marine animals, and has important ecosystem service value. Meanwhile, seagrass grows on silt or sandy sediments in the offshore coast, which can slow down seawater during tide rise, and settle sediments carried in the seawater. Because the ecosystem of the seagrass bed is fragile, along with various destructive activities of human beings, the seagrass bed gradually degrades, and it is urgent to repair the coastal seagrass bed. The conventional coast is usually a naked beach, the exposed beach after ebb of the tide is very suitable for directly sowing seagrass seeds, but the ground surface environment of the beach located in the intertidal zone is different from the conventional land environment and seabed environment, and a seeder specially used for repairing the seagrass bed in the coastal intertidal zone through sowing is not available at present.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] In order to overcome the defects, the present invention provides a seeder for repairing a seagrass bed in an intertidal zone, which can sow on the coast after ebb of tide and has good sowing effect.
[0006] The seeder for repairing the seagrass bed in the intertidal zone includes a rack, a front wheel and a compaction wheel which are disposed at two ends of the bottohr 202199 of the rack, and a gasoline engine configured for driving the front wheel to move. The gasoline engine is in transmission connection with the front wheel. The front wheel is provided with a front intermediate shaft, and the front intermediate shaft is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft of the gasoline engine through a chain. After the gasoline engine is started, the rotating shaft of the gasoline engine drives the front wheel to move forwards through chain transmission, the compaction wheel is driven to roll in the same direction in the movement process of the front wheel, and the whole seeder moves forwards.
[0007] According to the direction from the front wheel to the compaction wheel, ditching plows configured for digging soil and ditching, seed bins configured for seed spreading after ditching and soil covering shovels configured for covering soil after sowing are sequentially disposed on the rack. With the arrangement mode, at the same position of ground surface, ditching, seed spreading and soil covering are sequentially completed along with the forward movement of the seeder, so that sowing is completed.
[0008] A ratchet wheel configured for controlling falling of seeds is disposed in the seed bin. The compaction wheel is provided with a rear intermediate shaft, the ratchet wheel is provided with a ratchet wheel shaft, and the rear intermediate shaft is in transmission connection with the ratchet wheel shaft through a chain. During the advancing process of the seeder, the rear intermediate shaft of the compaction wheel drives the ratchet wheel to rotate through chain transmission. As the ratchet wheel is a rotating part with uneven surface, seeds in the seed bin concentrate and remain in an inward depression of the ratchet wheel after sinking. When the ratchet wheel rotates, the seeds in the depression will be driven to rotate. When passing down through an outlet of the seed bin, the seeds fall off from the seed bin, thus completing seed spreading.
[0009] On this basis, the ditching plows, the seed bins and the oil covering’ 902195 shovels are disposed in parallel in a plurality of groups, and the straight lines of the plurality of groups of seed bins are perpendicular to the moving direction of the front wheel. Each group of ditching plow, seed bin and soil covering shovel can complete ditching, seed spreading and soil covering, and the multi-group simultaneous working can realize multi-row simultaneous planting, thereby improving the planting efficiency of seagrass.
[0010] On this basis, the rack is further provided with a clutch configured for adjusting the falling speed of the seeds in the seed bin, a plurality of gears are disposed in the clutch, and gear shafts of the plurality of gears are respectively in transmission connection with the ratchet wheel shaft and the rear intermediate shaft. The transmission ratio of the plurality of gears can be adjusted according to the sowing density, and the sowing spacing also needs to be adjusted according to the different ground surface environments. With this structure, the rotation speed of the ratchet wheel can be changed by changing the transmission ratio of the gears, thus adjusting the falling speed and sowing spacing of the seeds.
[0011] On this basis, the front wheel and the compaction wheel are hollow wheels. Specifically, the front wheel includes a first wheel body and a first end cover, the first wheel body and the first end cover are integrally formed, and the front intermediate shaft and the first end cover are fixed at the center of the first end cover; and the compaction wheel includes a second wheel body and a second end cover, the second wheel body and the second end cover are integrally formed, and the rear intermediate shaft and the second end cover are fixed at the center of the second end cover. The ground surface of the intertidal zone has a high water content under the action of seawater. If the weight of the seeder is too large, it will sink into the ground surface. With this structure, the weight of the seeder can be greatly reduced, so that the seeder can sow seagrass in the intertidat 202192 zone, thus repairing the seagrass bed.
[0012] On this basis, the first wheel body and the second wheel body are made of rubber materials, and the first end cover and the second end cover are made of hard materials.
[0013] On this basis, the ditching plow includes a first side wall, a second side wall, a third side wall and a top wall. Two sides of the third side wall are fixedly connected to the first side wall and the second side wall respectively. The top wall is fixedly connected to the tops of the first side wall, the second side wall and the third side wall respectively. As a solution, the first side wall and the second side wall are flat plates with narrow upper part and wide lower part, and the third side wall is a triangular arc plate with wide upper part and narrow lower part; the first side wall and the second side wall are disposed in a splay shape; a cavity is formed among the first side wall, the second side wall, the third side wall and the top wall; and the top wall is provided with a sowing hole through which a sowing tube of the seed bin passes. Because there is sometimes seawater on the beach, in the presence of seawater, the sown seeds may float on the seawater. In this structure, sharp corners formed at the bottom through the first side wall, the second side wall and the third side wall are first configured for ditching, so that soil layers and carried seawater are pushed to both sides along the outer walls of the first side wall and the second side wall in the ditching process. In such a case, the seeds in the seed bin enter the cavity of the ditching plow along the sowing tube and quickly fall down. After the ditching plow passes, the seawater pushed to both sides covers the seeds in ditches with sediment, thus improving the success rate of sowing.
[0014] On this basis, in order to prevent route deviation of the seeder in the sowing process, the rack is provided with a handle for holding, and the handle is disposed above the compaction wheel. With this structure, a user can adjust the advancing directicht/ 902195 of the seeder by holding the handle.
[0015] The present invention has the beneficial effects that: the seeder can well sow seagrass in the intertidal zone, and the problem that the seeder sinks and has difficulty 5 in walking due to soft beach geology after ebb of the intertidal zone can be solved. The seeder can control the falling speed and spacing of the seeds in the seed bins during walking, so as to adapt to the intertidal zone in different regions and environments. The seeder can sow seeds while ditching, and the situation that the seeds float on the water surface due to the fact that seawater flows carrying sediment can be avoided.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0024] In order to further explain the technical means and effects adopted by the present invention to achieve an intended purpose thereof, the specific implementation mode, structure, characteristics and effects of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and preferred embodiments.
[0025] Embodiment 1
[0026] A seeder for repairing a seagrass bed in an intertidal zone, as shown in FIG. 1, includes a rack 1, a front wheel 2 and a compaction wheel 3 which are disposed at two ends of the bottom of the rack 1, and a gasoline engine 4 configured for driving the front wheel 2 to move. The gasoline engine 4 is in transmission connection with the front wheel 2. Specifically, the front wheel 2 is provided with a front intermediate shaft 2-1, and the front intermediate shaft 2-1 is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft of the gasoline engine 4 through a chain.
[0027] According to the direction from the front wheel 2 to the compaction wheel 3, ditching plows 6 configured for digging soil and ditching, seed bins 5 configured for seed spreading after ditching and soil covering shovels 7 configured for covering soil after sowing are sequentially disposed on the rack 1. A ratchet wheel 5-1 configured for controlling falling of seeds is disposed in the seed bin 5. As shown in FIG. 2, the ratchet wheel 5-1 is provided with a ratchet wheel shaft 5-11, the compaction wheel 3 is providéd' 202195 with a rear intermediate shaft 3-1, and the rear intermediate shaft 3-1 is in transmission connection with the ratchet wheel shaft 5-11 through a chain.
[0028] After the gasoline engine 4 is started, the rotating shaft of the gasoline engine 4 drives the front wheel 2 to move forwards through chain transmission, and the compaction wheel 3 is driven to roll in the same direction in the movement process of the front wheel 2. At this point, the rear intermediate shaft 3-1 drives the ratchet wheel 5-1 to rotate through chain transmission. As the ratchet wheel 5-1 is a rotating part with uneven surface, seeds in the seed bin 5 concentrate and remain in an inward depression of the ratchet wheel 5-1 after sinking. When the ratchet wheel 5-1 rotates, the seeds in the depression will be driven to rotate. When passing down through an outlet of the seed bin 5, the seeds fall off from the seed bin 5, thus completing seed spreading. In addition, the ditching plow 6, the seed bin 5 and the soil covering shovel 7 are sequentially disposed in the direction from the front wheel 2 to the compaction wheel 3, along with forward movement of the seeder, at the same position of the ground surface, ditching, seed spreading and soil covering are sequentially completed, thus completing the whole sowing process.
[0029] On this basis, as shown in FIG. 1, the ditching plows 6, the seed bins 5 and the soil covering shovels 7 are disposed in parallel in a plurality of groups, and the straight lines of the plurality of groups of seed bins 5 are perpendicular to the moving direction of the front wheel 2. Specifically, the ratchet wheel shaft 5-11 simultaneously communicates with a plurality of ratchet wheels 5-1, and when the ratchet shaft 5-11 rotates, the plurality of ratchet wheels 5-1 are driven to rotate simultaneously. Each group of ditching plow 6, seed bin 5 and soil covering shovel 7 can complete ditching, seed spreading and soil covering, and the multi-group simultaneous working can realize multi-row simultaneous planting, thereby improving the planting efficiency of seagrass. LUS02195
[0030] On this basis, in oder to better adjust the falling speed of the seeds in the seed bin 5, as shown in FIG. 3, the rack 1 is further provided with a clutch 8 configured for adjusting the falling speed of the seeds in the seed bin 5, a plurality of gears (not shown in the figure) are disposed in the clutch 8, and gear shafts of the plurality of gears are respectively in transmission connection with the ratchet wheel shaft 5-11 and the rear intermediate shaft 3-1. The transmission ratio of the plurality of gears can be adjusted according to the sowing density, and the sowing spacing also needs to be adjusted according to the different ground surface environments. With this structure, the rotation speed of the ratchet wheel 5-1 can be changed by changing the transmission ratio of the gears, thus adjusting the falling speed and sowing spacing of the seeds.
[0031] On this basis, in order to better adapt to the ground surface environment of the coastal intertidal zone, the front wheel 2 and the compaction wheel 3 are hollow wheels. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the front wheel 2 includes a first wheel body 2-2 and a first end cover 2-3, the first wheel body 2-2 and the first end cover 2-3 are integrally formed, the centre of the first end cover 2-3 is open, and the front intermediate shaft 2-1 passes through the opening of the first end cover 2-3 and can be fixed with the first end cover 2-3 by clamping, bonding or other modes. As shown in FIG. 5, the compaction wheel 3 includes a second wheel body 3-2 and a second end cover 3-3, the second wheel body 3-2 and the second end cover 3-3 are integrally formed, the middle of the second end cover 3-3 is open, and the rear intermediate shaft 3-1 passes through the opening of the second end cover 3-3 and can be fixed with the second end cover 3-3 by clamping, bonding or other modes. Preferably, the first wheel body 2-2 and the second wheel body 3-2 are made of rubber materials, and the first end cover 2-3 and the second end cover 3-3 are made of hard materials. Because the application environment of the seeder in the present invention is the intertidal zone, and the range of the intertidal zone is from H?202195 submerged position when the seawater rises to the highest level to the exposed position when the tide recedes to the lowest level. The ground surface under such environment has a high water content under the action of seawater. If the weight of the seeder is too large, it sinks into the ground surface and has difficulty in walking. With this structure, the weight of the seeder can be greatly reduced, so that the seeder can sow seagrass in the intertidal zone, thus repairing the seagrass bed.
[0032] On this basis, because there is sometimes seawater on the beach, in the presence of seawater, the sown seeds will float on the seawater. In order to solve the problem, as shown in FIGs 6 and 7, the ditching plow 6 is disposed below the seed bin 5, and the ditching plow 6 includes a first side wall 6-1, a second side wall 6-2, a third side wall 6-3 and a top wall 6-4; two sides of the third side wall 6-3 are fixedly connected to the first side wall 6-1 and the second side wall 6-2 respectively, and the top wall 6-4 is fixedly connected to the tops of the first side wall 6-1, the second side wall 6-2 and the third side wall 6-3 respectively. Specifically, the first side wall 6-1 and the second side wall 6-2 are flat plates with narrow upper part and wide lower part, and the third side wall 6-3 is a triangular arc plate with wide upper part and narrow lower part; the first side wall 6-1 and the second side wall 6-2 are disposed in a splay shape; and the ends, away from the top wall 6-4, of the first side wall 6-1, the second side wall 6-2 and the third side wall 6-3 form sharp corners. In addition, a cavity 6-5 is formed among the first side wall 6-1, the second side wall 6-2, the third side wall 6-3 and the top wall 6-4; and the top wall 6-4 is provided with a sowing hole 6-41 through which a sowing tube of the seed bin 5 passes. Considering the fluidity of seawater in the marine environment, seawater may move carrying sediment. In this structure, the sharp corners formed at the bottom by the first side wall 6-1, the second side wall 6-2 and the third side wall 6-3 are configured for ditching first, so that soil layers and carried seawater are pushed to both sides along H202195 outer walls of the first side wall 6-1 and the second side wall 6-2 in the ditching process. In such a case, the seeds in the seed bin 5 enter the cavity 6-5 of the ditching plow 6 along the sowing tube and quickly fall down. After the ditching plow 6 passes, the seawater pushed to both sides covers the seeds in ditches with sediment, so as to avoid floating seeds resulting from that after the ditching plow 6 ditches, the seawater retreats with sediment before seeds are sown.
[0033] On this basis, as shown in FIG. 1, the rack 1 is provided with a handle 9 for holding, and the handle 9 is disposed above the compaction wheel 3. With this structure, a user can adjust the advancing direction of the seeder by holding the handle 9, so that deviation of the seeder in the sowing process can be prevented.
[0034] The above descriptions are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention rather than limitations to the present invention in any form. Although the present invention has been disclosed in preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the invention. Anyone skilled in the art can make some changes or modifications to equivalent embodiments by using the above disclosed technical content without departing from the scope of the technical solution of the present invention. Any simple amendments, equivalent changes or modifications made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention should fall in the scope of the technical solution of the present invention, without departing from the content of the technical solution of the present invention.
