Abstract

본 발명은 부하변속 다단 역전변속기(1)에 관한 것이다.
다단 역전변속기(1)에 있어서 조밀형으로 특히 축방향이 짧은 구조가 되도록 하기 위하여 각 중간축상에 개별 변속크러치(19, 20, 21, 29, 31 및 41), 하나의 슬라이드치차 및 2개까지의 고정치차(37 및 38)가 배열되어 있다. 역전변속기의 치차들은 구동치차군(12), 분배치차군(35) 및 종동치차 전달장치(34)를 형성한다. 구동치차군(12)의 변속외에 기타 변속크러치에 대한 다른 변속을 행하기 위하여 구동치차군(12) 외에도 하나의 고정치차(9)와 하나의 슬라이드치차(15)로 되어 있는 독립 구동전달장치가 하나의 변속크러치(21)를 구비하고 있다. 원리상 동일한 구조인 경우 여러 다른 변속단수 및 다른 축간거리를 가진 다양한 변속기 옵션들을 가질 수 있다. 역전변속기(1)는 특히 건설기계의 적용에 적합하다.

Claims (6)

  1. 최소한 한개의 입력축(3,7), 중간축(16,17,18,23,24 및 25) 및 치차들(11,13 및 14)을 구비하고 있는데 하나의 구동치차군(12) 및 중간축들 위에 배열되니 변속크러치(19,20,21,29,31 및 41)가 단변속과 방향변속을 위하여 선택적으로 중간축의 하나와 회전고정 결합이 되며 또한 최소한 하나의 고정치차(32)를 가진 종동치차 전달장치(34)를 구성하고 있는 부하변속, 다단 역전변속기(1)에 있어서, 각 중간축(16,17,18,23,24 및 25)상에는 개별 변속크러치(19,20,21,29,31 및 41)가 배열되어 있으며 고정치차(11) 및 이와 상시 물리는 슬라이드치차(13,14)는 구동치차군(12)을 구성하고 기타 고정치차(9)는 슬라이드치차(15)와 구동치차군(12)에 의하여 풀려진 구동전달장치를 형성하며 중간축(25)상에 배열된 고정치차(32)는 2개의 슬라이드치차(30,40)와 상시 물리면서 종동치차 전달장치(34)를 구성하고 중간축(16,17,18,23,24 및 25)은 고정치차들(26,27,36,37,38 및 39)과 하나의 슬라이드치차(28)에 의하여 분배치차군(35)을 형성 상호 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하변속 다단 역전변속기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 슬라이드치차(15)에는 방향-크러치 및/또는 단변속크러치로 설치된 변속크러치(21)가 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하변속 다단 역전변속기.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 변속크러치(21)는 중간축(18)상에서 슬라이드치차(15)와 함께 배열되어 았는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하변속 다단 역전변속기.
  4. 제 1항 내지 제 3항에 있어서, 중간축(18)은 분배치차군(35)의 2개 고정치차(37 및 38)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하변속 다단 역전변속기.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항에 있어서, 고정치차들(11,9)은 하나의 입력축(3)에 동심으로 위치하여 이는 중공축(7)상에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부하변속 다단 역전변속기.
  6. 제 1항 내지 제 5항에 있어서, 슬라이드치차(15)에 배열된 변속크러치(21)는 제 4단 변속에 유용한 것을 특징으로 하는 부하변속 다단 역전변속기.
