Abstract
1. Perfeccionamientos en transmisiones automáticas para vehículos terrestres, en donde la transmisión es del tipo que comprende un eje de entrada, un eje de salida y un eje secundario, medios de montaje de dichos ejes para el giro independiente de los mismos entre sí, un engranaje de entrada fijado en forma no giratoria sobre dicho eje de entrada, un engranaje de salida fijado en forma no giratoria sobre dicho eje de salida, un engranaje impulsado soportado giratoriamente por dicho eje secundario y engranado con dicho engranaje de entrada, y un engranaje impulsor soportando giratoriamente por dicho eje secundario y engranado con dicho engranaje de salida, caracterizados por comprender medios aptos para sincronizar dicho eje secundario con dicho engranaje impulsado, siendo también aptos dichos medios, en respuesta a dicha sincronización, para afectar el giro asíncrono entre dicho eje secundario y dicho engranaje impulsor; medios que, después de ella, son aptos para embragar positivamente dicho eje secundario con dicho engranaje impulsado; y medios que, después de ello, son aptos para embragar dicho eje secundario con dicho engranaje impulsor, para efectuar un cambio de velocidad de dicha transmisión en respuesta al embrague de dicho engranaje impulsor.
