Claims (4)
- 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 재조방법에 있어서, 텐터법에 의하여 1차 횡연신 후 열처리 공정 전에, 필름을 유리전이온도 이하에서 냉각하는 냉각공정을 설치하고, 열처리공정에서 2차 횡연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1차 횡연신시 총합 연신배율의 80 ∼ 95% 범위에서 연신한는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음식 (Ⅰ)을 만족하는 냉각부를 설치하여 필름을 유리전이온도 이하에서 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.1≤L/W≤2.5 (I)상기식(Ⅰ)에 있어서 L은 냉각공정의 길이, W는 텐터 출구에서의 필름의 폭을 의미한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열처리 공정에서 Tm-60℃∼Tm-40℃(Tm : 필름의 융점)에서 열처리하면서 5∼20%의 횡연신을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
