Claims (14)
- 각종 농작물이나 농작물이 경작된 토양에 음 이온수와 오존수를 관수, 급수, 급수, 살포, 분사 등의 방법으로 공급하여 농작물을 재배하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 음 이온수 및 오존수를 이용한 환경친화 농법.
- 반송공기를 이용하여 음이온 발생장치와 오존 발생장치로부터 발생되는 음이온공기와 오존공기를 용수 중에 용존시켜 처리한 음이온수 및 오존수를 각종 농작물이나 농작물이 경작된 토양에 관수, 주수, 급수, 살포, 분사 등의 방법으로 농작물을 재배하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 음 이온수 및 오존수를 이용한 환경친화 농법.
- 지하수(2)를 퍼올리거나 일반유수(또는 상수)를 흡입하는 흡입펌프(4)와 음이온 및 오존을 용존시키는 수중 공기분산기(6)와 가압펌프(8)를 연결관(10)으로 차례로 연결하고, 수중 공기분산기(6)의 일측에 공기의 역류를 방지하는 체크밸브(12)와 음이온 및 오존 발생장치(14)를 연결관(16)으로 차례로 연결하고, 음이온 및 오존 발생장치(14)에는 전원부(18)를 접속하여 음이온과 오존이 수중으로 용존 처리된 농업용수가 출수관(11)으로 배출되게 함을 특징으로 하는 음 이온수 및 오존수를 이용한 환경친화 농법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 흡입펌프(4)의 앞단 연결관(10)에 개폐밸브(20)를 설치하여 흡입수량을 조절할 수 있도록 하고, 또한, 상기 연결관(10)에 액비(22) 공급부와 액비 공급용 개폐밸브(24)를 연결관(26)으로 연결하여 농작물에 필요한 액비를 공급할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 음 이온수 및 오존수를 이용한 환경친화 농법장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 음 이온수와 오존수가 배출되는 출수관(11)의 말단에는 에어분배기(28)를 이용하여 점적호스(30)나 스프링 쿨러, 분사호스(34), 수조(52)등을 이용하여 적절한 방법으로 농작물에 관수, 주수, 급수, 살포, 분사하여 재배하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 음 이온수 및 오존수를 이용한 환경친화 농법장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 음이온 및 오존발생장치(14)는 관 삽지구(64)(66)와 유입구(68) 및 배출구(70)를 각각 갖는 원통형의 삽지구(72)(74)를 절연체로 구성하고, 삽지구(72)(74)의 안쪽 측면에 삽입홈(76)(78)을 마주보도록 빙둘러 형성하고, 후단 삽지구(74)는 일측으로 길게 돌출시킨 다음 그 내부에 음이온 발생실(80)을 형성하고, 삽입홈(76)(78)에는 원기둥 형상의 외부전극(88)이 외면에 끼워진 원기둥 형상의 유전체(86)를 기밀 유지되게 끼워 고정하고, 유전체(86)의 내면에 금속망으로 된 내부전극(90)을 설치하고, 음이온 발생실(80)에는 통기공(94)(96)과 침상부(98)(100)가 각각 형성된 양전극(102)과 음전극(104)을 설치하되 침상부(98)(100)가 공기의 흐름 방향인 배출구(70)를 향하도록 설치하고, 전극(88)(90)(102)(104)들은 삽지구(72)(74)의 바깥으로 인출되는 급전선을 통하여 전원부(18)에 접속하여 음 이온과 오존이 발생되게 함을 특징으로 하는 음 이온과 오존을 이용한 환경친화 농법장치.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출수관(11)에 체크밸브(12)와 공기분배기(48)와 기포발생기(에어스톤:50)를 차례로 연결한 다음 기포발생기(50)를 수조(52)내에 설치하여 수조(52)에 담수 된 용수중으로 적당한 양의 오존(O3) 및 음이온이 용존되게 함으로써 수(54)중의 오염 물질이나 병원균 및 세균은 오존(O3)의 강력한 산화력에 의해 깨끗이 산화 제거되고, 음이온이 다량으로 용존 처리되게 함을 특징으로 하는 음 이온과 오존을 이용한 환경친화 농법장치.
- 제3항 내지 제6항에 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 농작물 재배 하우스나 축사와 같은 실내(120) 공간에 공기분산기를 설치한 다음 연결관(16)에 연결하여 이들 실내(120) 공간으로 적당한 양의 음이온 및 오존을 공급되게 함을 특징으로 하는 음 이온과 오존을 이용한 환경친화 농법장치.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 농작물(106)의 상부에 출수관(11)과 연결된 점적호스(30)를 설치하여 음 이온수 및 오존수와 액비(22)를 관수, 주수, 급수, 살포 분사하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 음 이온과 오존을 이용한 환경친화 농법장치.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 농작물(106)이 심어진 두둑(110)의 밑 부분에 출수관(11)과 연결된 관수호스(112)를 설치하여 농작물(106)의 뿌리(114)에 적당량의 음 이온수와 오존수를 관수하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 음 이온과 오존을 이용한 환경친화 농법장치.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 농작물(106)의 측면이나 상부에 급수장치(점적호스, 관수호스, 스프링 쿨러)를 설치하여 농작물의 엽면으로 음 이온수와 오존수가 급수되게 함을 특징으로 하는 음 이온과 오존을 이용한 환경친화 농법장치.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전원부(18)는 발진부와 승압부 및 정류부로 구성하여 음이온 발생전극(102)(104)으로 10,000V~15,000V의 직류 고전압을 공급하여 다량의 음 이온이 발생되게 하고, 오존발생전극(88)(90)으로는 정류되지 않은 10,000V~15,000V, 약 20㎑~40㎑ 대역의 고주파 고전압을 공급하여 다량의 오존이 발생되게 한 음이온 및 오존을 이용한 환경친화 농법장치.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연결관(16) 끝 부분을 공기펌프(124)의 흡상구(126)에 넣어 설치하고, 공기펌프(124)의 출상구(128)에 분기관(130)을 연결하고, 상기 분기관(130)에 복수 개의 급기관(122)을 일정 간격으로 연결한 한 다음 실내 공간(120)에 설치하고, 급기관(122)사이에 복수 개의 송풍팬(132)을 일정 간격으로 나열 설치하여 급기관(122)으로부터 유출되는 음이온 및 오존이 송풍팬(132)에 의해 실내 공간(120)으로 골고루 분산 및 확산되게 함을 특징으로 하는 음 이온 및 오존을 이용한 환경친화 농법장치.
