Abstract

단일의 전기 전도성 금속 박판으로 제작된 암형 전기 접촉 터미널은 그것이 전기 와이어(20)와 이행 영역(15)에 절곡에 의해 연결된 후방부(14)와, 단부(22), 이행 영역(15) 근방에서 2개의 직각으로 된 브랜치(71, 72)에 의해 확장된 2개의 측벽(26)으로 된 케이지(10) 형태의 전방부로 구성된다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 접촉 터미널 제조시에 절곡되는 박판을 도시한 평면도.
제3a도 및 제3b도는 케이지 형태에서 앞쪽 부분을 도시한 단면도.
제4도는 절연체 내부에 위치된 터미널을 도시한 부분 단면도.
제5a도 및 제5b도는 각각 제1도에 도시된 터미널의 절삭 부분 위치와 절삭 부분을 확대하여 도시한 사시도.
도 6a 및 도6b는 각각 도1에 도시된 터미널의 또다른 절삭 부분 위치와 절삭 부분을 확대하여 도시한 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 전기 와이어(20)에 크랩핑(crimping)에 의해 연결된 후방부(14), 이행부(15) 및, 단부(22), 그 삽입중에 숫형 접촉부(12)를 안내하는 안내수단과 케이지를 연결 하우징안에 고정시키는 수단으로 구성된 2개의 측벽(26) 및, 2개의 상부 하프-벽으로 구성된 케이지(10) 형태의 전방부를 포함하는 단일의 전기 전도성 금속 박판으로 제작된 암형 전기 접촉 터미널에 있어서, 케이지의 벽(26)은 이행 영역(15) 근방에서 2개의 직각인 브랜치(71, 72)에 의해 확장된 것을 특징으로 하는 암형 전기 접촉 터미널.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 측벽(26)과 직각부의 브랜치(71, 72)는 제2잠금 장치가 통과할 수 있는 개구(70)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 암형 전기 접촉 터미널.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직각부는 그들 사이에서 그안에 절곡진 와이어의 단부가 위치되는 통로(73)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 암형 전기 접촉 터미널.
