Abstract

프레온계 냉매를 사용하는 냉동기의 사양을 변경할 필요가 없고, 인체, 환경에 무해한 비프레온 혼합냉매물의 제공으로 교반탱크(1)속을 진공으로 한다. 미리 에틸렌 글리코올과 수성계 실리콘 오일을 혼합하여 인화점 강화제 용액을 만들어 탱크(20)속에 저장한다. 인화점 강화제 용액과, 이소부탄 및 싸이크로 프로판을 교반탱크(1)에 주입하여 교반한다. 또한, 교반 탱크(1)속에 탄산가스를 조금씩 주입하고, 모터(4)를 가동하여 교반날개(2)로 교반하며, 이소부탄, 싸이크로 프로판, 인화점 강화제로 혼합되는 냉매조성물이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 압축기, 응축기, 수액기, 팽창밸브, 증발기등으로 구성된 냉동기에서 사용되는 냉매조성물로서, 상온에서 기체인 질소, 아르곤, 산소 및 이산화탄소로부터 선택되는 적어도 일종이상의 냉매가스와, 이소부탄, 싸이크로 프로판, 에틸렌글리코올과, 상기 에틸렌 글리코올의 혼합에 의하여 상기 에틸렌 글리코올의 인화점을 강화시키기 위한 인화점 강화제등으로 된 냉매조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있엇서, 상기 인화점 강화제가 수성계 실리콘 오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상온에서 압력 3kg/cm2의 조건하에서 ,상기 에틸렌 글리코올 및 상기 인화점 강화제의 혼합물인 인화점 강화제 용액이 1-40용량%이고, 나머지부가 기체로서 상기 냉매가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 냉매 조성물의 제조방법으로서, a. 교반탱크속을 진공으로 하기 위하여 최초에 상기 교반 탱크속의 공기를 배출하기 위한 진공 공정과, b. 미리 인화점 강화제와 에틸렌글리코올을 혼합하여 용해시켜서 인화점 강화제를 제조하기 위한 인화점 강화제 제조공정과, c. 상기 인화점 강화제 용액을 상기 교반탱크 속에 주입하기 위한 인화점 강화제 용액 주입공정과, d. 상기 교반 탱크속에 액화된 상기 냉매가스를 주입하고, 상기 인화점 강화제 용액과 더불어 소정시간 동안 교반하기 위한 냉매가스 교반공정등으로 되는 냉매조성물의 제조방법.
