Abstract

본 발명은 헤드레스트의 목 보호장치에 관한 것으로서, 헤드레스트에 있어서, 전방을 향하여 원형상으로 굴곡진 가이드부재(8)와, 상기 가이드부재(8)의 일측에 형성된 축방향의 가이드홀(22)에 삽입되어 스토퍼(24)가 그 하단에 돌출 형성되어 이 가이드부재(8)의 내측에 승강 가능하게 삽입된 서포트 로드(4)와, 상기 서포트 로드(4)의 하단에서 이 서포트 로드(4)에 상승력을 제공하는 충격스프링(26)과, 상기 서포트 로드(4)의 후방에 길이방향으로 다수 형성된 걸림홈(10)과, 상기 걸림홈(10)에 걸림되어 상기 서포트 로드(4)를 고정하며, 충격이 작용하면 이 걸림홈(10)에서 자동적으로 이탈되어 헤드레스트(2)가 상승되도록 충격 해재수단으로 이루어지되, 상기 충격 해제수단은 상기 서포트 로드(4)의 걸림홈(10)에 걸림되는 걸림부(28)가 돌출 형성되어 등받이 프렘(6)의 내측에 전, 후 슬라이딩 가능하게 내장된 센서매스(30)와, 상기 센서매스(30)의 후단으로부터 연장되어 소정량 돌출 형성된 돌출부(34)와, 상기 돌출부(34)의 후단을 지지하도록 등받이 프레임(6) 일측의 모스에 삽입된 볼(36)과, 상기 보스(32)에 내장되어 상기 볼(36)을 상기 돌출부(34)로 압압하는 감지스프링(38)으로 이루어져 자동차 충돌시 상기 센서매스(3)가 후퇴함에 따라 상기 볼(36)이 상기 돌출부(34)의 전방을 압압하여 센서매스(30)을 고정하도록 하여 차량충돌시 헤드레스트(2)가 자동적으로 상승되어 전방으로 튕겨 나갔다가 후퇴하는 운전자의 머리를 알맞게 받치어 목이 뒤로 젖혀져 부상당하는 것을 방지하는 잇점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 헤드레스트에 있어서, 전방을 향하여 원형상으로 굴곡진 가이드부재(8)와, 상기 가이드부재(8)의 일측에 형성된 축방향의 가이드홀(22)에 삽입되어 스토퍼(24)가 그 하단에 돌출 형성되어 이 가이드부재(8)의 내측에 승강 가능하게 삽입된 서포 로드(4)와, 상기 서포트 로드(4)의 하단에서 이 서포트 로드(4)에 상승력을 제공하는 충격스프링(26)과, 상기 서포트 로드(4)의 후방에 길이방향으로 다수 형성된 걸림홈(10)과, 상기 걸림홈(10)에 걸림되어 상기 서포트 로드(4)를 고정하며, 충격이 작용하면 이 걸림홈(10)에서 자동적으로 이탈되어 헤드레스트(2)가 상승되도록 충격 해제수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드레스트의 목 보호장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충격 해제수단은 상기 서포트 로드(4)의 걸림홈(10)에 걸림되는 걸림부(28)가 돌출 형성되어 등받이 프레임(6)의 내측에 전,후 슬라이딩 가능하게 내장된 센서매스(30)와, 상기 센서매스(30)의 후단으로부터 연장되어 소정량 돌출 형성된 돌출부(34)와, 상기 돌출부(34)의 후단을 지지하도록 등받이 프레임(6) 일측의 보스에 삽입된 볼(36)과, 상기 보스(32)에 내장되어 상기 볼(36)을 상기 돌출부(34)로 압압하는 감지스프링(38)으로 이루어져 자동차 충돌시 상시 센서매스(30)가 후퇴함에 따라 상기 볼(36)이 상기 돌출부(34)의 전방을 압압하여 센서매스(30)를 고정하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드레스트의 목 보호장치.
