Abstract
「목적」
본 발명은 차량 가속시 구동차륜의 미끄럼짐을 최소화하기 위하여 브레이크 페달을 밟지 않은 상태에서도 구동차륜에 적당한 구동력을 가하여 과도한 구동력으로 인한 구동차륜의 미끄러짐을 줄이고 노면과 적절한 마찰력을 얻어 차량의 직진 안정성과 조향성능을 보장하기 위한 구동력 제어장치(TCS : Traction Control System)에 관한 것으로 특히, 운전자가 페달을 밟지 않은 상태에서는 유압펌프 흡입측에 브레이크액 흡입을 위한 유로를 개방하고 차량의 이상거동으로 브레이크 페달을 밟는 경우에는 밸브 작동부재가 유압펌프 흡입측의 연결유로를 차단시켜 압력이 유압펌프 흡입측과 저압탱크에는 영향을 미치지 않도록 한 차량 구동력 제어용 유압 공급장치에 관한 것이다.
「구성」
본 발명은 차량 구동력 제어장치의 유압 공급장치를 구성함에 있어서, 몸체(5)의 수직 교차되는 위치에 마스터실린더 연결유로(1)와 유압펌프 흡입측 연결유로(2)를 형성하고, 이들 유로를 연결하는 유로(31),(32)가 형성되고 스프링(6)에 지지되어 압력에 따라 동작하는 밸브 작동부재(3)와, 마스터실린더 연결유로(1)와 유압펌프 흡입측 연결유로(2)를 연결하는 유로(31)를 개폐하는 볼밸브(42)를 부착한 봉부재(4)가 밸브시트(36)에서 단속 제어되도록 구성되어 있으며 이들 밸브 작동부재(3)와 봉부재(4)는 상기 몸체(5)내의 저압부(33)에 삽입 설치하고 상기 봉부재(4)의 상부에는 통기로(71)가 형성된 고정 나사부재(7)를 형성시키며 상기 몸체(5), 밸브 작동부재, 봉부재(4)들 사이에는 이들의 기밀을 유지시키기 위한 백업링(34)과 링(35,37,41)을 설치하여 차량 구동력 제어용 유압 공급장치를 구성한 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 차량 구동력 제어장치의 유압 공급장치를 구성함에 있어서, 차량의 이상거동시 브레이크 페달을 밟지않은 상태에서는 유압펌프 흡입측에 브레이크액 흡입을 위한 유로를 보장하고, 브레이크 페달을 밟은 경우에는 차량의 미끄러짐 방지 제동장치의 정상적인 작동을 보장하기 위하여 밸브 작동부재(3)가 작동하여 이의 양단의 차이로 인해 유압펌프의 흡입측 유로(2)가 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어용 유압 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마스터실린더 연결유로(1)와 유압펌프 흡입측 연결유로(2)를 연결하는 유로(30),(31),(32)와 유로(31)를 개폐하는 밸브시트(36)를 갖고 스프링(6)에 의해 지지되는 밸브 작동부재(3)와 밸브시트(36)를 단속하는 볼밸브(42)를 갖는 봉부재(4)로 유압 공급장치를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어용 유압 공급장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 마스터실린더 연결유로(1)와 유압펌프 흡입측 연결유로(2)를 연결하는 유로(30),(31),(32)와 유로(31)를 게폐하는 밸브시트(36)를 갖고 내부에 스프링(6)을 내재하고 있는 밸브 작동부재(3)와 밸브시트(36)를 단속하는 볼밸브(42)를 갖고 스프링(6)에 의해 지지되는 봉부재(4)를 설치 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어용 유압 공급장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 고정나사부재(7)와 봉부재(4)를 일체로 하고 고정나사부재(7)와 밸브 작동부재(3)의 사이에 압력차를 발생시키기 위한 저압부(33)와 통기되는 통기로(71)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어용 유압 공급장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유로 개폐기능을 하는 봉부재(4)의 볼밸브(42)가 봉부재(4)에 부착 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어용 유압 공급장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 고정나사부재(7)와 봉부재(4)를 분리하고 고정나사부재(7)와 밸브 작동부재(3)의 사이에 압력차를 발생시키기 위한 저압부(33)와 통기되는 통기로(71)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어용 유압 공급장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 유로 개폐기능을 하는 봉부재(4)의 볼밸브(42)가 봉부재(4)에 부착 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어용 유압 공급장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
