Abstract

본 발명은 이륜구동 및 전륜(全輪)구동이 운전자의 간단한 스위치 조작에 의해서 절환될 수 있도록 하므로서 구조를 간소화시키게 되는 동시에 절환 경로의 축소로 동력 전달 효율 및 연비가 향상될 수 있도록 전륜(全輪)구동차량의 구동 절환 장치에 대한 것이다.
즉 운전자의 간단한 스위치 조작에 의해서 동력 전환 케이스내 전자석으로의 전류공급이 단속되도록 하여 드리븐 샤프트에 축설된 이동 마찰판을 수평으로 이동시키면서 서로 마주보는 형상으로 축설된 고정 마찰판과의 접속과 단절에 의해 2륜 및 4륜으로의 구동이 절환될 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
이와 같은 2륜에서 4륜으로 또는 4륜에서 2륜으로의 동력 절환은 작동 경로를 대폭 단축시키게 되어 동력 전달 효율이 대단히 높아지게 될 뿐만 아니라 더욱 향상된 구동력을 얻을 수가 있게 되며, 특히 편리하고 저렴한 제작과 함께 절환 및 동력 전달 효율을 상승시켜 구동력과 연비가 대단히 향상될 수 있도록 하는 매우 유용한 효과를 제공하게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 트랜스퍼 박스 일측으로 체결고정되는 동력 절환 케이스와; 상기 동력 절환 케이스 일측으로부터 인입되는 트랜스퍼 드라이브 샤프트 단부로 축고정되는 고정 마찰판과; 프로펠러 샤프트와 스플라인 결합되면서 상기 동력 절환 케이스 타측으로부터 인입되는 드리븐 샤프트의 단부로 상기 구동 마찰판과 마주보며 일정간격으로 이격시켜 축고정되는 이동 마찰판과; 상기 이동 마찰판의 직후방인 드리븐 샤프트의 외주면 바깥측에서 상기 동력 절환 케이스의 내부면 일측으로 고정장착되도록 한 전자석과; 상기 전자석으로의 전원 공급이 단속되도록 하는 스위치로서 이루어지는 구성을 특징으로 하는 전륜구동차량의 구동 절환 장치.
