Abstract

본 발명은 냉면국수에 관한 것으로, 활성탄을 1중량%이내 함유한 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명의 냉면국수는 소량의 활성탄을 첨가함으로써 냉면 국수 특유의 색상 및 신장율과 탄력성을 향상시키고 특히 데친 후 물에 용출되는 비율이 현저하게 줄어들게 된다.
또한 활성탄을 첨가함으로써 위생상 안전하며 배탈을 방지하는 효과도 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 활성탄이 액상 또는 분상의 원료에 첨가되어 통상의 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉면국수.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 활성탄의 함량은 1중량% 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉면국수.
