Abstract

자동적으로 비즈자수를 완성할 수 있는 비즈 연속체를 사용하여 고품질을 갖고 안정적으로 비즈자수를 할 수 있는 비즈를 제공한다. 비즈는 소정방향으로 상이한 열수축율을 갖는 필름(2) 및 (3)을 라미네이트시켜 형성된 라미네이트 필름(1a)으로 이루어진다. 라미네이트 필름(1a)을 열처리하고 통상으로 말아서 통계(1b)를 형성하고 비즈(6) 연속부재(1c)를 형성하도록 소정간격으로 통체(1b)에 절삭부(4)를 형성한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 소정방향의 열수축율이 상이한 필름을 라미네이트한 적층필름으로 이루어지고, 이 적층필름을 열처리에 의해 통상으로 말아서 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 비즈.
  2. 원주방향 일부에 연결부를 남기고 절삭부를 설치함으로써 축방향으로 연속적으로 분할된 복수의 비즈로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 기재의 비즈의 연속체.
  3. 가로폭방향의 열수축율이 상이한 필름을 라미네이트한 띠형상의 라미네이트 테이프를 가열처리함으로써 이 라미네이트 테이프를 가로폭방향으로 말아서 테이프 길이방향으로 연속하는 긴 통체를 형성하고, 이 통체에 대하여 소정간격으로 일부에 연결부를 남기고 절삭부를 형성함으로써 복수의 통상 비즈를 축방향으로 연속적으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항 기재의 비즈 연속체의 제조방법.
