Abstract
황 함유 탄화수소 공급원료는 탈황된 후, 황이 방향족 헤테로사이클, 바람직하게는 티오펜 및/또는 벤조티오펜의 일부인, 하나 이상의 황화탄화수소의 존재하에 스팀 크랙킹 된다. 그 결과 코크스화 비율이 감소되고 일산화탄소의 형성이 감소된다.

Claims (8)
- 하기의 (ⅰ) 내지 (ⅴ)단계로 구성되는 탄화수소의 스팀 크랙킹 공정 : (ⅰ) 황-함유 탄화수소 공급원료를 공급하고; (ⅱ) 탄화수소 공급원료의 황을 제거하여 탈황된 탄화수소 공급원료를 형성하고 (ⅲ) 탈황된 공급원료에 10 내지 1000ppm의 황이 방향족 헤테로사이클의 일부인, 하나 이상의 황화탄화수소를 부가하여 황-보충된 탄화수소 공급원료를 형성하고; (ⅳ) 황-보충된 탄화수소 공급원료를 스팀 크랙킹시켜 저분자량의 탄화수로 분획을 생성하고; (ⅴ) 저분자량 탄화수소 분획을 회수한다.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 하나 이상의 황화탄화수소는 티오펜, 벤조티오펜 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 20 내지 400ppm의 하나 이상의 황화탄화수소가 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 40 내지 150ppm의 하나 이상의 황화탄화수소가 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 10 내지 1000ppm의 황이 방향족 헤테로사이클의 일부인, 하나 이상의 황화탄화수소가 부가되는 스팀 크랙킹 공정의 공급원료로서 탈황된 탄화수소 공급원료의 용도.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 하나 이상의 황화탄화수소는 티오펜, 벤조티오펜 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 20 내지 400ppm의 하나 이상의 황화탄화수소가 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
