Claims (25)

  1. 내부가 양자 도트(3,4)의 콜로이드로 특징되는 빛 가이드 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양자 도트(4)의 물질이 Ⅲ-V,Ⅱ-Ⅵ 또는 I-Ⅶ 물질 또는 그들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양자 도트(4)의 물질이 Cds, CdSe, PbS, ZnS, ZnO, TiO2, AgI, AgBr, HgI2, PbSe, ZnTe, CdTe, In2S3, In2Se3, Cd3P2, Cd3As2및 GaAs 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도트는 1-50nm의 지름 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도트는 1-20nm의 지름 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 양자 도트가 1.3-2.0nm의 지름 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양자 도트가 5-10nm의 지름 범위를 갖고 Pbs 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 콜로이드는 상기 도트가 확산되어 있는 비-유리 지지물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유.
  9. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 지지물질은 유기질 액체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지물질이 디클로로벤젠, 톨루엔, 벤젠, 니트로벤젠, 피리딘 또는 4염 화탄소 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유.

  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유의 한 쪽 끝으로 네가티브 압력을 가하여 상기 콜로이드를 내부로 끄는 것을 돕는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. 제1항 내지 제17항에 따른 광섬유를 만드는 방법에 있어서, 상기 양자 도트를 초기에 소금용액에서 침전시켜 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
