Abstract

두 개 이상의 층을 포함하는 잠복성, 열경화성, 용융-유동성 시이트 재료로서, 상기 층들 중 하나는 팽창성이고 유동성이고 다른 하나는 유동하여 시이트 재료가 부착된 기판과의 사이의 팽창성 층을 둘러싼 시이트 재료가 제공된다. 경화되어 내후성 층을 제공할 수 있는 잠복성, 열경화성, 용융-유동성 시이트 재료가 또한 개시된다. 자동차 본체의 금속 열결부와 같은 기판에 국부적 또는 보호적 특성을 부여하는 방법이 또한 개시된다.

제1도는 자동차 루프 배수구내 위치한 본 발명의 시이트 재료의 열경화 또는 경화 전 단면도이다, 제2도는 제1도에 도시된 시이트 재료의 열경화 또는 경화 후 단면도이다, 제3도는 자동차 루프 배수구내 위치한 본 발명의 시이트 재료의 열경화 또는 경화 전 단면도이다, 제4도는 제3도에 도시된 시이트 재료의 열경화 또는 경화 후 단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 상단 표면 및 바닥 표면을 갖고, 잠복성, 열경화성, 용융-유동성 조성물로 이루어지는 상층 및 잠복성, 팽창성, 열경화성, 용융-유동성 조성물로 이루어지는 하층을 포함하여 두 개 이상의 층을 포함하는 잠복성, 열경화성, 용융-유동성 시이트 재료로서, 상기 시이트 재료를 바닥 표면을 기판과 접촉시켜 승온으로 가열함으로써 기판에 적용할 때 하층은 팽창하고 상층은 유동하며, 상기 상층 및 하층 중 하나는 거대 단량체를 포함하는 것인 잠복성, 열경화성, 용융-유동성 시이트 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상층이 거대단량체를 포함하는 잠복성, 열경화성, 용융-유동성 시이트 재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하층이 거대단량체를 포함하는 잠복성, 열경화성, 용융-유동성 시이트 재료.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 거대단량체가 공중합가능한 거대단량체인 잠복성, 열경화성, 용융-유동성 시이트 재료.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 거대단량체가 쇄전이제로서 가능하는 거대단량체인 잠복성, 열경화성, 용융-유동성 시이트 재료.
