제1도는 본 발명의 원리에 따른 표면에 적용된 밀봉 피복물을 도시한 단면도이고,
제2도는 제1 표면에 대하여 이동하는 제2표면을 접착시킨 후의 밀봉 피복물을 도시한, 제1도와 유사한 단면도이며,
제3도는 제2도와 유사한 확대 단면도이다.
Claims (11)
- 상대 운동이 가능한 한쌍의 부재의 한 표면을 수지 결합제 물질의 층으로 피복시키고, 피복된 수지 결합제 물질이 건조되기 전에 상기 층을 취질물질로 은폐시킴을 특징으로 하여, 상대 운동 가능한 한쌍의 부재의 적어도 한 표면상에 유체밀봉을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 수지 결합제 물질이 에폭시인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 취질 물질이 중공 유리미소구로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 언급된 중공 유리 미소구가 주로 약 5마이크론 내지 약 75마이크론의 직경을 갖는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 언급된 은폐 단계가 미소구를 거의 수직으로 습윤층에 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 피복되고 은폐된 표면을 가열하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 한 표면이 알루미늄으로 이루어지며, 언급된 피복단계전에 언급된 한 표면에 크롬산염 전환 피복을 제공하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
