Abstract

EPDM, CTAB가 50 내지 60㎡/g 이며 DBP가 90 내지 115㎤/100g인 카본 블랙 및 발포제로 이루어지며, UHF 마이크로파 경화가 이용되는 응융에의 사용 및 종래의 카본 블랙 배합물의 유사한 양을 포함하는 발포성 EPDM 조성물을 대체하는 데 유리한 발포성 EPDM 조성물이 개시되어 있다, 또한, EPDM 및 CTAB가 50 내지 60㎡/g 이며 DBP가 90 내지 115㎤/100g인 카본 블랙으로 이루어지며 종래의 저보강성 카본 블랙을 유사한 양만큼 포함하는 EPDM 조성물이 비해 스폰지 밀도 및 스폰지 압축영구변형이 더 낮아 유리한, 발포되고 경화된 EPDM 조성물이 개시되어 있다. 추가로, 본 발명의 발포되고 경화된 EPDM 조성물의 틈마게로서의 용도가 개시되어 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 폴리메틸렌 고무(EPDM), 세틸트리메틸 암모늄 브로마이드 표면적(CTAB)가 50 내지 60㎡/g 이며 디부틸프탈레이트 흡착치(DBP)가 90 내지 115㎤/100g인 카본 블랙 및 발포제로 이루어지며 카본 블랙이 50 내지 250phr의 양으로 존재하는, 발포성 EPDM 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카본 블랙이 100 내지 200phr의 양으로 존재하는 EPDM 조성물.
  3. EPDM, 및 CTAB가 50 내지 60㎡/g 이며 DBP가 90 내지 115㎤/100g인 카본 블랙으로 이루어지며 카본 블랙이 50 내지 250phr의 양으로 존재하는, 발포되고 경화된 EPDM 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 카본 블랙이 100 내지 200phr의 양으로 존재하는 발포되고 경화된 EPDM 조성물.
  5. EPDM, CTAB가 50 내지 60㎡/g 이며 DBP가 90 내지 115㎤/100g인 카본 블랙 및 발포제를 혼합하고 생성된 혼합물을 발포시키고 경화하는 것으로 이루어지는, 카본 블랙이 50 내지 250phr의 양으로 존재하는, 발포되고 경화된 EPDM 조성물의 제조 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, EPDM, 카본 블랙 및 발포제의 생성 혼합물을 발포 및 경화에 앞서 압출 또는 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 혼합물을 UHF 마이크로파를 이용해 경화하는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 혼합물을 UHF 마이크로파를 이용해 경화하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 카본 블랙이 100 내지 200phr의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  10. EPDM 및 CTAB가 50 내지 60㎡/g 이며 DBP가 90 내지 115㎤/100g인 카본 블랙으로 이루어지고, 카본 블랙이 50 내지 250phr의 양으로 존재하는 발포되고 경화된 EPDM 조성물로 표면을 봉합하는 것으로 이루어지는, 표면의 틈막음 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 카본 블랙이 100 내지 200phr의 양으로 존재하는 틈막음 방법.
