Abstract

제1도는 이 발명의 실시예에 따른 마운팅 플레이트의 사시도이고, 제2도는 제1도의 마운팅 플레이트의 정면도이고, 제5도는 제1도의 마운팅 플레이트에 타일들이 위치하고, 그 타일들 사이에 그라우팅 모르타르를 부가할 수 있도록 되어 있는 마운팅 플레이트의 측면도이고, 제7도는 제6도의 마운팅 플레이트에 타일들이 위치하고, 그 타일들 사이에 그라우팅 모르타르를 부가할 수 있도록 되어 있는 마운팅 플레이트의 측면도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 가로로 평행하게 서로 떨어져 있는 다수의 선반을 포함하는 통상의 평면 쉬트 패널을 포함하며, 상기 선반은 타일이 놓여져 지지될 수 있도록 개조되어 있고, 타일이 상기 선반에 의해 지지되어 있을 때 타일 사이에 부가되는 그라우팅 물질의 통로를 제공하기 위하여 상기 패널을 통과하는 다수의 개구를 포함하고, 상기 그라우팅 물질은 타일 가장자리가 부착되어 있는 동안 상기 개구로 투여되어 타일을 상기 패널에 영구히 고정시키는 클래딩 구성 요소를 제공하도록 개조된 타일을 위한 마운팅 플레이트.
  2. 청구한 1에 있어서, 상기한 선반은 금속인 상기 평면 쉬트 패널의 일부분을 자르고, 그 일부분이 상기 패널 밖으로 구부러지도록 밀어내어서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 플레이트.
  3. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기한 선반은 상기 패널에 수직하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 플레이트.
  4. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기한 선반은 상기 패널에 수직한 면으로부터 5° 내지 10°의 경사를 갖도록 상기 패널을 향하여 기울어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 플레이트.
  5. 상기 청구항들중 어느 하나의 청구항에서 청구된 마운팅 플레이트를 포함하고, 상기 플레이트에 놓여 있어서 부가되는 그라우팅에 의해 상기 플레이트에 부착되는 다수의 타일을 포함하며, 상기 그라우팅 물질은 상기 패널에 있는 개구를 통하여 부가되는 클래딩 어셈블리.
  6. 청구항 1 내지 4항 중 어느 하나의 청구항에서 청구된 마운팅 플레이트에 다수의 타일을 위치시키고, 타일 사이에 그라우팅 물질을 부가하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 그라우팅은 타일의 가장자리를 부착시키고, 패널에 있는 개구를 통과하여 정착되어 밀착된 클래딩 어셈블리를 형성시키는 클래딩 어셈블리를 형성하는 방법.
