Abstract
본 발명은 체강을 형성하는 면에 조사하기 위한 X-선소오스(10)에 관한 것이다. 이소오스는 하우징(12), 기다란관상 프로우브(14), 타킷트조립체(26)와 팽창형 기낭(410)으로 구성된다. 하우징(12)에는 전자빔소오스(22)가 내장되어 있으며 빔진로를 따라 전자빔을 발생하기 위한 요소(23)를 포함한다. 관상프로우브(14)는 빔진로의 둘레에서 하우징(12)으로부터 중심축선을 따라 연장된다. 타킷트조립체(26)는 이에 투사되는 전자에 응답하여 X-선을 방출하는 타킷트요소(26A)(26B)를 포함한다. 프로우브팁조립체와 이에 결합된 제어전자장치는 빔빈로내에 타킷트요소를 배치시키시 위한 요소를 포함하고 X-선이 투과할 수 있게 되어 있다. 말단부에 고정된 기낭(410)은 체강을 확장시키도록 팽창되어 체강을 형성하는 면에 균일한 방사선의 조사가 이루어질 수 있도록 팽창가능하게 되어 있다.

Claims (15)
- 체강의 내면에 X-선을 공급하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 이 장치가 빔소오스단부와 타킷트단부를 가지고 상기 소오스단부와 상기 타킷트단부사이의 소오스축선을 따라 연장된 내부영역을 형성하는 관상요소, 상기 소오스축선을 따라 상기 타킷트단부를 향하여 통과하는 전자빔을 발생하기 위하여 상기 빔소오스단부부근에 배치된 빔소오스수단, 상기 전자빔이 투사되는 것에 응답하여 X-선을 발생하기 위하여 상기 타킷트단부에 근접배치된 타킷트수단과, 상기 전자빔이 상기 타킷트수단에 투사되도록 상기 빔소오스수단을 선택적으로 작동시키기 위한 제어수단을 포함하는 X-선 소오스와 상기 관상요소의 상기 타킷트단부부근에 배치가능하고 팽창시에 상기 타킷트단부에 인접하여 배치되는 내부영역을 형성하는 팽창형 기낭을 포함하는 기낭조립체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 체강내면에 예상선 속량을 공급하기 위한 X-선 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 기낭이 팽창시에 구형내부영역을 형성하고 상기 타킷트단부가 팽창된 상기 기낭의 상기 내부영역의 중심에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 X-선 소오스수단이 상기 기낭이 팽창될 때에 상기 기낭의 표면등고선과 일치하는 등조사량등고선을 발생함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 중심축선을 따라 연장되고 기부단부와 말단부를 갖는 기다란 소오스안내튜우브가 구성되어 있으며, 상기 소오스안내튜우브가 상기 중심축선을 따라 연장된 제1내부채널을 형성하고, 여기에서 상기 기낭이 상기 소오스안내튜우브의 상기 말단부의 외부에 고정되며, 상기 X-선소오스의 상기 관상요소가 상기 소오스안내 튜우브의 상기 제1내부채널내에 활동가능하게 배치될 수 있어 상기 관상요소의 상기 타킷트 단부가 상기기낭의 팽창시에 상기 기낭의 상기 내부영역내에 배치가능함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 기낭이 팽창시에 구형외면형태를 이룸을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단이 상기 빔이 상기 타킷트단부에 투사되게 상기 전자빔을 조향하는 조향수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단이 상기 빔소오스수단을 선택적으로 작동중지시키기 위한 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 기낭을 선택적으로 팽창 및 수축시키기 위한 팽창수단이 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 팽창수단이 상기 관상요소내에 배치되고 상기 빔소오스단부로부터 상기 타킷트단부에 근접한 점으로 연장된 내부채널을 포함하고, 상기 내부채널이 상기 기낭의 내부영역과 연통됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 9항에 있어서, 상기 팽창수단이 상기 단부에 근접배치되고 상기 내부채널에 결합된 선택작동형 펌프로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 체강내면에 X-선을 공급하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법이 빔소오스단부와 타킷트단부를 가지고 상기 소오스단부와 상기 타킷트 단부사이에서 소오스축선을 따라 연장된 내부영역을 형성하는 관상요소, 상기 타킷트 단부를 향하여 상기 소오스축선을 따라 통과하는 전자빔을 발생하기 위하여 상기 빔 소오스에 근접배치된 빔소오스수단, 상기 전자빔에 투사되는 것에 응답하여 X-선을 발생하기 위하여 상기 타킷트단부에 근접배치된 타킷트수단과, 상기 전자빔이 상기 타킷트수단에 투사되게 상기 빔소오스수단을 선택적으로 작동시키기 위한 제어수단을 포함하는 X-선소오스를 제공하는 단계, 상기 관상요소의 상기 타킷트단부부근에 배치가능하고 팽창시에 상기 타킷트단부에 인접하여 내부영역을 형성하는 팽창형 기낭을 포함하는 기낭조립체를 제공하는 단계, 상기 타킷트단부가 상기 체강내에 사전에 결정된 장소를 점유토록 체강내로 상기 관상요소를 삽입하는 단계 상기기낭을 팽창시키는 단계와, 상기 전자빔이 상기 타킷트에 투사되어 상기 X-선을 발생토록 상기 제어수단을 작동시키는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 체강 내면에 X-선을 공급하는 방법.
- 청구범위 11항에 있어서, 상기 기낭이 팽창시에 구형내부영역을 형성하고, 상기 관상요소를 삽입하는 상기 단계는 상기 기낭내부영역의 중심에 상기 타킷트단부를 배치하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 11항에 있어서, 상기 팽창단계가 상기 기낭의 모든 면이 체강의 내부에 접촉토록 상기 기낭을 팽창시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 13항에 있어서, 상기 팽창단계가 체강의 내면을 균일한 형태로 확장시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
