Abstract

본 발명의 광학유닛은 방사원(7)을 가진 제1홀더(11)와, 방사에 민감한 검출기(21)를 가진 제2홀더(17)와, 그레이팅(25,29)와, 미러(27)을 포함한다. 또한 상기 광학유닛은 실린더 축(5)과 상기 실린더 축에 횡방향으로 설치된 벽(3a)을 구비하는 원통형 장착부(3)를 부가로 포함하며, 상기 그레이팅과 미러는 상기 벽의 광학적으로 투명한 벽 부분에 의하여 형성된다. 상기 장착부는 방사원을 가진 제1홀더가 고착된 제1위치면(13)과, 방사에 민강한 검출기를 가진 제2홀더가 고착된 제2위치면(23)을 구비한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 방사원을 가진 제1홀더와, 방사에 민감한 검출기를 가진 제2홀더와, 그레이팅을 포함하는 광학유닛에 있어서, 원통형 장착부는 실린더 축과 상기 실린더 축에 횡방향으로 설치된 벽을 구비하며, 상기 그레이팅은 상기 벽의 광학적으로 투명한 벽 부분에 의하여 형성되며, 상기 장착부는 방사원을 가진 제1홀더가 고착된 제1위치면과, 방사에 민감한 검출기를 가진 제2홀더가 고착된 제2위치면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 유닛.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 유닛은 미러를 포함하고, 상기 미러는 실린더 축에 횡방향으로 평행하게 설치된 벽의 광학적으로 투명한 부가의 벽 부분에 의하여 형성되고, 상기 제1위치면은 장착부의 실린더 축에 횡방향으로 연장되며, 상기 방사원은 장착부 내부의 공간내에 위치되고, 상기 제2위치면은 실린더 축에 대하여 평행하게 연장되며, 상기 검출기는 장착부 외부에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학유닛.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 그레이팅은 실린더축에 횡방향으로 설치된 벽의 표면에 형성된 분리 그레이팅이며, 상기 표면은 방사원으로부터 이격되어 실린더 축에 횡방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학유닛.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미러는 실린더 축에 횡방향으로 설치된 벽의 표면이고, 상기 표면은 방사원에 대면되어 있으며 실린더 축에 대하여 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학유닛.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 검출기에 대면된 벽부분인 상기 장착부의 광학적으로 투명한 벽부분은 출구 윈도우를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학유닛.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다중 비임 그레이팅은 실린더 축에 횡방향으로 설치된 벽의 표면에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 표면은 방사원에 대면되어서 실린더 축의 횡방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학유닛.
  7. 제3항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 축에 횡방향으로 설치된 벽의 표면은 방사원으로부터 이격되거나, 방사원에 대면된 표면은 굽혀져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학유닛.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장착부는 사출성형된 제품인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학유닛.
  9. 정보면을 스캐닝하기 위한 광학 스캐닝 장치에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광학유닛을 포함하고, 정보면위에 스캐닝 스폿을 형성하고 정보면으로부터 반사된 다음 광학유닛으로 상기 방사 비임을 복귀시키도록 상기 광학유닛에 의하여 발생된 방사 비임을 포커싱하는 대물 시스템을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보면을 스캐닝하기 위한 광학 스캐닝 장치.
