Abstract
본 발명은 2개의 압박층 사이에 세로로 위치한 하나의 밀봉제층을 갖는 자기 지지 밀봉부재에 관한 것이다. 상기 밀봉부재의 치수는 중공부재내에 알맞도록 설계되어 있으며, 압박층은 바람직하게는 밀봉제의 볼란드 경도보다 더 큰 볼란드 경도를 갖는 겔로 되어 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 입자들이 밀봉부재를 통하여 삽입된 기질 또는 도선의 접속점(connection)을 오염시키지 못하도록 되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따라 조립된 밀봉부재에 관한 도시이다,
제2도는 본 발명에 따라 조립된 멀티컨덕터(multiconductor)커넥터의 분해도이다,
제3도는 본 발명에 따라 조리된 멀티컨덕터 커넥터의 말단(end)의 단면도이다.
Claims (20)
- 하기(a), (b)를 포함하는 열린 말단(open end)을 통하여 중공부재내로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 기재와 내부면을 갖는 중공부재의 열린 말단을 밀봉하기 위한 조립체; (a) 2개의 압박층들 사이에 위치하는 하나의 밀봉제충을 포함하며, 상기 밀봉제층과 압박층들이 중공부재의 열린 말단을 가로 질러 연장되도록 위치된 밀봉부재;와 (b) 압박층들과 밀봉제층을 중공부재의 내부면과의 밀봉접점으로 이동시키는 힘 적용부재; 여기에서 상기 압박층들중의 적어도 하나는 기재가 밀봉층을 통과할때 변위를 수용할 수 있을 정도의 충분한 탄력성을 가지고 있으며, 이 압박층은 밀봉제층의 볼란드 경도보다 더 큰 볼란드 경도를 갖는 겔로 이루어진다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압박층의 볼란드 경도가 75g∼350g임을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 압박층의 볼란드 경도가 100g∼300g임을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 밀봉제층의 볼란드 경도는 5g∼25g이고, 압박층의 볼란드 경도는 75g∼350g임을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압박층은 보강시트를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 보강시트는 매트릭스로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 매트릭스는 적어도 하나의 직물층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스는 복수의 직물층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압박층의 외부표면은 접촉시 점착성이 있음을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 압박층은 동일한 것임을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각 2개의 압박층들 사이에 위치하는 복수의 밀봉제층들을 더 포함하는, 다중층으로 된 샌드위치 형태의 구조로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 힘 적용부재는 커버임을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 2개의 압박층들 사이에 위치하는 적어도 하나의 밀봉제층을 가지며, 상기 압박층들중의 적어도 하나는 보강시트를 포함하는 겔로 이루어진 자기 지지 부재를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 미리 성형된 밀봉부재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 보강시트는 겔이 함침된 매트릭스로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 미리 성형된 밀봉부재.
- 제14항에 있어서, 매트릭스는 적어도 하나의 직물층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 미리 성형된 밀봉부재.
- 제15항에 있어서, 직물 매트릭스는 복수의 직물층임을 특징으로 하는 미리 성형된 밀봉부재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 압박층의 볼란드 경도는 밀봉제층의 볼란드 경도보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 미리 성형된 밀봉부재.
- 제17항에 있어서, 이고, 압박층의 볼란드 경도는 75g∼350g이고, 밀봉제층의 볼란드 경도는 5g∼25g임을 특징으로 하는 미리 성형된 밀봉부재.
- 하기 (a), (b)를 포함하는, 내부면을 갖는 중공부재의 열린 말단을 밀봉하기 위한 조립체.(a) 2개의 압박층들 사이에 위치하는 하나의 밀봉제충을 포함하며, 상기 밀봉제층과 압박층들이 중공부재의 열린 말단을 가로 질러 연장되도록 위치된 밀봉부재;와 (b) 압박층들과 밀봉제층을 중공부재의 내부면과의 밀봉접점으로 이동시키는 힘 적용부재; 여기에서 상기 압박층들중의 적어도 하나는 힘이 적용될때 밀봉제의 변위를 수용할 수 있을 정도의 충분한 탄성력을 가지고 있으며, 이 압박층은 밀봉제층의 볼란드 경도보다 더 큰 볼란도 경도를 갖는 겔로 이루어진다.
