Abstract

본 발명은 일괄 처리에 사용되는 밸브 시스템, 특히 재료를 하나의 컨테이너로부터 다른 컨테이너로 전달하는 동안 주위로의 재료의 누출을 방지하기 의한 밸브 시스템에 관한 것이다. 효과적인 시스템은 반작용 용기(3; 103)로 또는 반작용 용기로부터 재료를 전달하기 위한 컨테이너(12; 107)에 하나를 또한 반작용 용기(3; 103) 자체에 다른 하나를 갖은 두개의 버터풀라이형 밸브 디스크(5, 6; 105, 106)를 포함한다. 밀폐될 때, 각 밸브 디스크(5, 6; 105, 106)는 컨테이터(12; 107) 또는 용기(3; 103)를 주위와 차단한다. 컨테이너(12; 107)가 용기(3; 103)에 연결될 때, 하나의 밸브 디스크(5; 105)에 연결된 샤프트(9; 109)는 디스크(5, 6; 105, 106)가 동시에 이동할 수 있도록 다른 밸브 디스크(6; 106)에 연결된 샤프트(10)와 내부결합되며, 재료는 컨테이너(12; 107)로부터 용기(3; 103)까지 전달되거나 또는 그와 반대로 전달될 수 있다.

제4도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 밸브 시스템의 제1디스크 및 제1부재의 일측면에서의 사시도,
제5도는 제2실시예에 따른 밸브 시스템의 단면도,
제6도는 제2실시예의 밸브 시스템의 다른 측면(제4도와 비교할 때)에서의 사시도,
제7도는 제2실시예의 밸브 시스템을 도시한 분해도.

Claims (9)

  1. 형상부(25; 125)를 갖는 제1샤프트(9; 109)에 연결된 제1디스크(5; 105)에 의해 밀봉가능한 제1원형 틈새를 가진 제1부재와, 제1샤프트(9, 109)상에 제공된 것과 대응하는 형상부(26; 126)로 제공된 제2샤프트(10; 110)를 구비하는 제2디스크(6; 106)에 의해 밀봉가능한 제2원형 틈새를 갖은 제2부재를 포함하며, 상기 제1 및 제2부재(3, 4; 103, 104)는 제2샤프트(10; 110)에서 형상부(26; 126)를 갖도록 내부-결합된 제1샤프트(9; 109)에서 형상부(25; 125)를 갖는 제2디스크(6; 106)의 측면을 따라 위치되는 제1디스크(5; 105)와 연결될 수 있으며, 상기 제1 및 제2디스크(5, 6; 105, 106)는 단일축 주위로 동시에 회전할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 시스템.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 샤프트(9, 10; 109, 110)에서의 형상부(25, 26; 125, 126)은 밸브 시스템이 개방되어 있는 동안 제1 및 제2부재(3, 4; 103, 104)가 분리되는 것을 방지하는 안전 인터록 시스템을 제공하는 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 시스템.
  3. 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 밸브 시스템을 통과하는 다른 재료에 대하여는 다른 형상부(25, 26; 125, 126)가 사용될 수도 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 시스템.
  4. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 형상부(25, 26)가 결합될 때 관련 디스크(9, 120) 및 샤프트(9, 10)의 올바른 위치선정을 위한 안내 수단을 제공하며 단일 회전축의 수직방향으로 연장하는 면(55, 56)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 시스템.
  5. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2부재(3, 4)는 제1 및 제2밀봉부(7, 8)를 가지며 이러한 밀봉부에 제1 및 제2디스크(5, 6)가 밀폐 상태로 안착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 시스템.
  6. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 록킹 장치(13)는 제1 및 제2부재(3, 4)중의 어느 하나에 있는 관련 틈새는 제1 및 제2부재(3, 4)가 연결되지 않는 동안 밀폐상태로 남아 있는 것을 보장하기 위해 제1 및 제2부재(3, 4)중의 하나와 관련된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 시스템.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 록킹 장치(13)는 제1 및 제2샤프트(9, 10)중의 어느 하나에 있는 틈새에 위치될 수 있는 플런저(31)를 포함하며, 상기 플런저(31)는 내부에서의 회전이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 시스템.
  8. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1스터브 축(106)은 형상부(128)로 제공되며 제1샤프트(105)에 대하여 직경방향으로 대향하고 또한 동축구조로 제1디스크(104)에 연결되고, 제2스터브 축(110)은 상기 제1스터브 축(106)에 제공된 것과 대응하는 형상으로 제공되며 제2샤프트(109)에 대하여 직경방향으로 대향하고 또한 동축구조로 제2디스크(108)에 연결되어, 제1 및 제2부재(103, 107)가 제2디스크(108)의 축면을 따라 위치된 제1디스크(104)와 연결되고, 제1스터브 축(106)에서의 형상부(128)는 제2스터브 축(110)에서의 형상부와 내부 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 시스템.
  9. 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 제2스터브 축(110)은, 제2디스크(108)와 연결되는 대신, 제1디스크(104)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 시스템.
