Abstract

본 발명은 유리 카르복실기 및 에스테르화된 카르복실기를 함유하고 산가가 50 내지 300(mg KOH/g) 인 중합체(1e) 5 내지 80중량%, 히드록실기 및 에폭시기를 함유하고 에폭시 당량이 200 내지 1,000이고 히드록실 당량이 250 내지 1,500인 중합체(2d) 1 내지 80중량%, 알콕실기를 함유하고 알콕실 당량이 50 내지 1,500인 실리콘 중합체(3a) 1 내지 50중량%, 4급 암모늄염 촉매(4a) 0.1 내지 5.0 중량% 및 모노알킬주석 화합물(5a) 0.1 내지 5.0 중량%로 이루어지는, 아미노플라스트 경화제를 사용하지 않고도 양호한 경화성을 획득하고, 고형분의 농도가 충분히 높고 저장 안정성이 충분한 신규의 경화성 수지 조성물을 제공한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 산 무수물기를 함유하는 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체(1a) 10 내지 40 중량%와 공중합가능한 다른 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체(1b) 90 내지 60중량%를 공중합시킴으로써 얻을 수 있는 산 무수물기를 함유하는 중합체(1c)를 탄소수 1 내지 12의 일가알코올(1d)와 (산 무수물기를 함유하는 중합체(1c)중의 산 무수물기 몰수)/(일가 알코올(ld)중의 히드록실기 몰수)가 1/10 내지 1/1이 되는 비율로 반응시킴으로써 얻을 수 있는, 유리 카르복실기 및 에스테르화된 카르복실기롤 함유하고 산가가 50 내지 300(mg KOH/g)인 중합체(1e) 5 내지 80중량%, 하기 일반식 (I)
    [상기 식 중, R은 수소 또는 메틸이고, A는 탄소수 2 내지 8의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬렌기이고, y는 3 내지 7의 정수이고, z는 0 내지 4의 정수를 나타낸다.]로 표시되는 히드록시알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체(2a) 5 내지 60중량%, 에폭시기를 함유하는 에털렌성 불포화 단량체(2b) 10 내지 60중량% 및 이들과 공중합가능한 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체(2c) 0 내지 85중량%를 공중합시킴으로써 얻을 수 있는, 히드록실기 및 에폭시기를 함유하고, 에폭시 당량이 200 내지 1.000이고 히드록실 당량이 250 내지 1,500인 중합체(2d) 1 내지 80중량%. 하기 일반식(II)
    [상기 식 중, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5및 R6은 동일 또는 상이하며, 각각 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기, 페닐기, 페네에틸기, 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알콕실기, R7-Si(OR8)3, R7-Si(OR8)2CH3, R7-Si(OR8)(CH3)2또는 R7-Y를 나타내고, R7은 에테르 결합 및(또는) 에스테르 결합을 함유할 수 있는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬렌기를 나타내고, R8은 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬기를 나타내고, Y는 에폭시기를 함유하는 쇄상 또는 환상 탄화수소 잔기를 나타내고, q는 1내지 20의 정수이고, m은 0 내지 4의 정수이고, n은 0 내지 2의 정수를 나타내고, ( )로 표시된 q, m, n의 각 군의 순서는 랜덤하며, 상기 화학식에 한정되지 않는다.)로 표시되는 알콕실기를 함유하고 알콕실 당량이 50 내지 1,500인 실리콘 중합체(3a) 1 내지 50중량%, 4급 암모늄염 촉매(4a)로 0.1 내지 5.0중량%, 및 모노알킬주석 화합물(5a) 0.1 내지 5.0중량%로 이루어지는 경화성 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합가능한 다른 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체(1b)가 카르복실기를 함유하는 단량체(1b2)인 경화성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항 내지 2항에 있어서, 가수 분해성 에스테르 용제를 함유하는 경화성 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항 중 어느 한 항의 경화성 수지 조성물을 결합제 성분으로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
  5. (A) 기판위에 하도층 및 필요에 따라 중도 도막층을 형성하는 단계, (B) 단계 (A)에서 형성된 도막층위에 수성 기재 또는 용제형 베이스 도료를 도포하는 단계, (C) 상기 베이스 도료를 경화시키기 전 또는 상기 베이스 도료를 경화시킨 후, 그 위에 제4항 기재의 도료 조성물을 도포하는 단계, 및 (D) 상기 베이스 도료 및 제4항 기재의 도료 조성물을 경화시키거나 또는 제4항 기재의 도료 조성물만을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도막 형성 방법.
  6. 제4항 기재의 도료 조성물로 형성된 도막층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장품.
