Abstract

공기식 제동력증폭기(10)를 제어하기 위한 밸브조립체에는 하나의 조종하우징(30)이 제공되어 있고, 이 조종하우징내에는 제1 및 제2밸브시트(32,34)가 배치되어 있다. 하나의 밸브몸체(40)가 2개의 밸브시트에 맞대어 부착될 수 있다. 제동력증폭기(10)에는 통상적인 방식으로 2개의 실(24,26)이 제공되어 있고, 여기에서 일실(24)은 배기할 수 있고, 또 다른 실에는 압력하에 있는 공기를 공급할 수 있다. 하나의 추가 밸브시트(66)가 제공되어 있다. 이러한 추가밸브시트(66)는 제동력 증폭기의 조종하우징(30)을 방사상으로 감싸고 있는 하나의 케이싱(72)에 의하여 개방됨으로써 2개의 실중 하나에 대한 추가통풍로(80)을 형성한다. 케이싱(72)은 하나의 전자기 조작장치(90)에 의하여 기계적 및 전자기적으로 작동할 수 있다.

제2도는 전자기 조작장치를 포함한 밸브조립체를 확대도시한 도면이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 제1 및 제2밸브시트(32,34)가 그 안에 배치되어 있는 하나의 조종케이싱(30)과 2개의 밸브시트(32,34)에 맞대어 부착될 수 있고, 조작부재(38)의 일위치에서는 제1밸브시트(32)에 의하여서만 들어 올려짐으로써 제동력증폭기(10)의 2개실(24,26)이 서로 연결되고, 이 2개의 실들은 하나의 공기 유입구에 의하여 분리되어 있고, 조작부재(38)의 또 다른 위치에서는 제 밸브시트에 의하여 들어올려짐으로써, 2개의 실(24,26)이 서로 분리되고, 그 중 하나가 공기유입구(50)와 연결되는 하나의 밸브몸체(40) 및 조종하우징(30)의 외측에 배치되어 있는 환상의 제3밸브시트(66)와 조종함하우징(30)을 일정한 간격을 두고 둘러싸고, 이 조종하우징에 대하여 축방향으로 밀려갈 수 있고, 제3밸브시트(66) 방향으로 인정되어 있고, 2개의 실중 하나(26)에 대한 추가통풍로(80)를 형성하는 케이싱(72)에 달려 있는 하나의 추가밸브(30, 116)등이 제공되어 있는 공기식 제동력증폭기(10)를 제어하는 밸브조립체로서, 케이싱(72)이 전자기 조작장치(90)에 의하여 제3밸브시트(66)를 개방할 수 있도록 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전자기 조작장치(90)에 제동력증폭기(10)의 기계적 조작부재(38)와 연결되어 있는 하나의 앵커(94)가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전자기 조작장치(90)의 스풀(92)이 제동력증폭기(10)의 기계적 조작부재(38)를 동심적으로 둘러싸고, 스풀(92)의 하우징(96)이 조작부재(38)쪽으로 움직여서 케이싱(72)을 이동시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조종하우징(30)내에는 하나의 폐쇄케이싱(106)이 배치되어 있고, 이 폐쇄케이싱이 전자기 조작장치(90)에 의하여 제3밸브시트(66)가 개방될 때, 제동력증폭기(10)의 배기실(64)의 통풍을 저지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 폐쇄케이싱(106)에 제동력증폭기(10)의 2개 실(24,26) 사이의 연결통로를 폐쇄할 수 있도록, 케이싱(72)의 내표면에 맞대어 폐쇄되는 하나의 외측패킹(108)과 밀폐연단(112)과 밀폐되게 맞물릴 수 있는 내측밀폐면(110)이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 폐쇄케이싱(106)에 그 내벽내의 하나의 스텝을 거쳐 하나의 지지링(54)과 연결되어 있고, 하나의 스프링(62)에 의하여 인장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
