Abstract

본 발명은, 가열발포충전보강재를 사용한 패단면구조부재보강구조에 관한 것으로서, 보수의 폐단면구조부재(11)∼(15)를 결합해서 이루어진 것에 있어서, 폐단면구조부재(11)∼(15)의 내부에, 에폭시수지재, 합성고무재, 열가소성수지재를 성분으로서 함유한 가열발포충보강재(1)를 충전하도록 구성한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 적어도 에폭시수지재, 합성고무재, 열가소성수지재를 성분으로서 함유하고, 각 성분의 중량비의 총계가 100중량%를 초과하지 않는 범위에서, 상기 에폭시수지재가 중량비로 30∼45중량%, 상기 합성고무재가 중량비로 5∼15중량%, 상기 열가소성수지재가 중량비로 5∼15중량% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열발포충전보강재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열발포충보강재(1)가, 충전재를 성분으로 함유하고, 상기 충전제를 함유한 각 성분의 중량비의 총계가 100중량%를 초과하지 않는 범위에서, 상기 충전제가 중량비로 40∼50중량% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열발포충전보강재.
  3. 복수의 폐단면구조부재(11)∼(15)를 결합해서 이루어진 것에 있어서, 상기 폐단면구조부재(11)∼(15)의 내부에, 에폭시수지재, 합성고무재, 열가소성수지재를 성분으로서 함유한 가열발포충전보강재(1)가 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열발포충전보강재를 사용한 폐단면구조부재보강구조.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가열발포충전보강재(1)가, 충전제를 성분으로서 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열발포충전보강재를 사용한 폐단면구조부재보강구조.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가열발포충전보강재(1)가, 탄산칼슘을 성분으로서 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열발포충전보강재를 사용한 폐단면구조부재보강구조.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단면구조부재(11)∼(15)의 결합부 또는 상기 결합부의 근처에, 부분적으로, 상기의 에폭시수지재, 합성고무재, 열가소성수지재를 성분으로서 함유한 가열발포충전보강재(1)가 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열발포충전보강재를 사용한 폐단면구조부재보강구조.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시수지재가 중량비로 30∼45중량%이고 또한 발포재료로서 구성되는 동시에, 상기 합성고무재가 중량비로 5∼15중량%, 상기 열가소성수지재가 중량비로 5∼15중량% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열발포충전보강재를 사용한 폐단면구조부재보강구조.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시수지재가 중량비로 30∼45중량%이고 또한 발포재료로서 구성되는 동시에, 상기 합성고무재가 중량비로 5∼15중량%, 상기 열가소성수지재가 중량비로 5∼15중량% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열발포충전보강재를 사용한 폐단면구조부재보강구조.
  9. 제3항, 제6항, 제7항 및 제8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열발포충전보강재(1)로서, 가열경화후, 발포율이 200∼500%가 되는 발포재료가 사용되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열발포충전보강재를 사용한 폐단면구조부재보강구조.
