Claims (6)
- 니트릴 부타디엔 고무(Nitril Butadiene Rubber, NBR) 변성 에폭시 수지 15 ∼ 25 중량%, 우레탄 변성 에폭시 수지 10 ∼ 20 중량%, 카르복시 부타디엔 아크릴로니트릴(Carboxy-1-Terminated Butadiene Acrylonitrile Copolymer, CTBN) 변성 에폭시 수지 3 ∼ 8 중량%, 페놀 변성 에폭시 수지 3 ∼ 8 중량%, 카본블랙 3 ∼ 8 중량%, 2 종 이상의 디시안디아미드계 잠재성 경화제 혼합물 6 ∼ 10 중량%, 산화칼슘(CaO) 3 ∼ 5 중량%, 및 코팅된 탄산칼슘(CaCO3) 16 ∼ 40 중량% 를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고강성 시트용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 우레탄 변성 에폭시 수지는 당량이 1000 ∼ 2000 g/eq 범위의 고체상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강성 시트용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 페놀 변성 에폭시 수지는 당량이 165 ∼ 240 g/eq 범위의 액체상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강성 시트용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 잠재성 경화제는 디시안디아마이드(DICY), 디시안디아마이드 무수물(Anhydride), 시클로 알리파틱 아민(Cycloaliphatic Amine) 및 폴리옥시프로필아민(Polyoxypropyleneamine) 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 고강성 시트용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅된 탄산칼슘은 지방산으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 고강성 시트용 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 5중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 고강성 시트용 조성물을 포함하는 접착층과, 상기 접착층 일면에 접한 이형지 층을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프형 고강성 시트.
