Abstract
하나 이상의 에폭시 수지(A), 하나 이상의 경화제(B) 및 하나 이상의 경화 조절 촉매(C)(여기서, 성분(A) 또는 성분(B) 또는 성분(A)와 성분(B)의 혼합물 중의 하나 이상은 메소제닉 잔기를 함유한다)를 함유하는 경화성 조성물을 제조하였다. 이들 경화성 조성물은 고온에서 가공할 수 있으며, 향상된 특성을 지닌다. 이들은 피복물, 주조물, 전기재, 적충물, 복합재 등의 제조시 유용하다.

Claims (9)
- 분자당 평균 하나 이상의 인접한 에폭사이드 그룹을 포함하는 하나 이상의 에폭시 수지(A), 에폭시 수지에 대한 하나 이상의 경화제(B) 및 하나 이상의 경화제 조절 촉매(C)를 포함하는 경화성 조성물로서, 하나 이상의 성분(A) 또는 (B)가 하나 이상의 메소제닉 잔기를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 오늄 또는 아민 화합물과 약한 친핵성 음이온을 지니는 산과의 혼합으로부터 제조되는 경화 조절 촉매인 경화성 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 에틸(트리톨릴)포스포늄 테트라할로보레이트, 에틸(트리톨릴)암모늄 테트라할로보레이트, 테트라부틸 포스포늄 테트라할로보레이트, 벤질트리메틸암모늄 테트라할로보레이트, 테트라부틸암모늄 테트라할로보레이트, 트리에틸아민 테트라할로보산 착체, 트리부틸아민 테트라할로보산 착체, N,N'-디메틸-1,2-디아미노에탄 테트라할로보산 착체 또는 이들의 임의의 혼합물인 경화성 조성물.
- 임의로, 전기장을 적용(a)하거나, 자기장을 적용(b)하거나, 인장력 또는 전단력을 부가(c)하거나, 이들을 임의로 혼합 적용(d)한 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 경화성 조성물을 B-상태화(B-staging)하여 수득한 제품.
- 경화전 또는 경화 도중의 어느 한 경우 또는 경화전 및 경화 도중 두 경우 모두에 임의로, 전기장을 적용(a)하거나, 자기장을 적용(b)하거나, 인장력 또는 전단력을 부가(c)하거나, 이들을 임의로 혼합 적용(d)한 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 경화성 조성물을 경화시켜 수득한 제품.
- B-상태 및/또는 경화전 또는 B-상태 및/또는 경화 도중 중의 어느 한 경우 또는 B-상태 및/또는 경화전 및 B-상태 및/또는 경화 도중 두 경우 모두에 임의로, 전기장을 적용(a)하거나, 자기장을 적용(b)하거나, 인장력 또는 전단력을 부가(c)하거나, 이들을 임의로 혼합 적용(d)한 제4항의 B-상태 생성물을 경화시켜 수득한 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 경화성 조성물을 함침시킨 기재의 하나 이상의 플라이를 포함하는 적충물.
- 제4항의 B-상태 생성물을 함침시킨 기재의 하나 이상의 플라이를 포함하는 적충물.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 기재가 유리 재료 또는 흑연 재료인 적충물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
